Pros: The lady who hosted us was extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service. There is a minibar with tea and coffee, as well as a small fridge with drinks. The beds were neatly made when we arrived, and the towels were clean every day. The breakfast is excellent and freshly prepared. All compliments.

Pros: Staff was great, room very comfortable and in a very good condition. Breakfast served at room was very convenient and food was good and fresh. Location was in a very good area, with access to many nearby public transport stations and a very good supermarket right next to the entrance. Lots of great restaurants with local cuisine in a walking distance.

Pros: Oh my goodness, this stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotless and so cozy. The hosts are probably the loveliest people on the planet—whatever we needed, they went above and beyond to help us. I’m honestly going to miss those breakfasts delivered right to our room! Next time I’m planning a trip to Rome, I will be checking Jennie and Alessandro’s availability first. 🫶

Pros: We really loved this hotel! Everything is clean, modern, and super cozy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great bed linen, comfy pillows, and good towels. There’s a tea and coffee machine in the room, which was a nice bonus. Very good soundproofing — no street noise and no issues with sunlight. A shop and the metro are right nearby. Breakfasts are tasty, and you can choose something different every day. Amazing value for money 🔥 Highly recommend!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Appian Private Suites! Everything was amazing! The room was just like the pictures and very clean! The staff were so helpful and sweet, they radiated warmth! The breakfast was really good and we will definitely come back when we visit Rome again! We were gifted a mini Panettone at the check out which was a really sweet gesture from them!☺️
