Good place to stay

Pros: The room inside the secure apartment was comfortable and good value for money. It was very nice to have the continental breakfast available throughout our stay. A 5 minute walk to the San Giovanni metro station which links to the attractions or to the main train station Termini where you can change to other train lines. The host was quick to respond to communication.

Cons: There was a misunderstanding as to which room was ours. The photo instructions given were more complicated than could have been. Perhaps putting a number on each door rather than a photo of a white corridor and pointing to a white door. Also maybe putting the key card in an envelope with our name on rather than leaving it in one of the books.

Convenient, safe, and comfortable

Pros: The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shopping, the subway, and buses nearby. The environment is safe and quiet. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bedding were very comfortable. While the breakfast selection wasn't a lot, it was enough for us. We felt right at home during our two-night stay.

Pros: I liked that the location of the apartments was near station Termini, easly you can arrive by bus/metro. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe for staying outside. I also like the cleaning services for the rooms that was excelent and the communication with the host was very good and helpful. Overall it is a nice place to stay for a vacation in Rome if you seek a quiet,clean room.

Pros: Everything was amazing.The room was totally clean the bed the bathroom and even the jacuzzi.Mr.Alessandro was so helpful and very kind to us.It was such an amazing week.

Pros: I really liked everything. Fast and excellent service. Not far from the center. Near the metro.

Clean, cozy and nice property.

Pros: Very clean, neat and tidy. Quiet and peaceful . Cozy and warm. Safe and secure.

Cons: The shared area for breakfast is small. Breakfast doesn’t include hot foods like boiled eggs or fried and so on. Doesn’t have good access to the historic area which you have subway stations very close to the property.

Pros: Really comfortable room with good facilities in a most excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: - great host - very responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp - convenient location, close to Colloseum, but on a quiet street - easy check-in and check-out - comfortable bed - coffee and tea available all day, as well as some small sweets - daily cleaning - it was also possible to leave the luggage after check-out and pick it up a few hours later — very convenient and much appreciated

Pros: Everything was great. Very easy and good communication while checking in. The opportunity of leaving lagguage it was so useful for us. And also so thoughtful to have small italian breakfast in the morning. Location of hotel is great so close to many monuments and walking distance but also super close to metro and buses. The room was clean and have amazing comfortable bed and pillows. I would deffinitely stay there again.
