Pros: The room was really clean and well-equipped. The area had many great restaurants that mostly locals visit. Easy walk into city centre and also great public transport connections.

Great hotel, rooms and area but I wouldn’t recommend the taxi service to be booked through them

Pros: The property was very clean and the room was perfect for what I was looking for. The owner was very helpful in the lead up to the stay and when I was there- they are always just a text away which was much appreciated. Lovely restaurants, gelato shop and bars nearby.

Cons: The property states it has a lift but unfortunately the lift isn’t a normal sized lift and you would struggle to get much luggage in there. My friends who stayed also couldn’t fit the pram inside even though it was a travel pram. Because of the heavy doors, you often hear the doors banging shut or the traffic outside very clearly so if you are a light sleeper it’s probably not the place for you. When the owner initially messaged after booking, they offered to book a taxi from the airport to the accomodation or back the other way. I asked to book one from the accommodation to the airport which he did. I had checked that they accepted card payments but when I got to the airport the driver said cash to which I said I did not have cash I was told card would be ok. He sighed and said “cash only”. I said I didn’t have cash. I started texting the company on whats app where I had received the confirmation through and they kindly said I could pay by a link they would send me. The driver would not allow me to pay via the link and instead started trying to set up a card machine. He then said to me to go inside to ATM to get the cash to which I refused. All in all, I would not recommend the taxi service this hotel owner offers to anyone and wish I had just booked via uber or via ITtaxi app which all worked perfectly during my stay. Obviously I appreciate this is not the owners fault but as it was a service I booked via the owner it only seems right to say to make people aware going forward as it made me feel very uncomfortable, particularly being a passenger on my own.

Pros: Good Location for metro and room was clean very well I love this guest House

Pros: Hotel is very close to Metro station and lot of eateries nearby. We enjoyed the 2 days at the hotel

Cons: No lift available in the building. I have to carry the luggage to the second floor

Great hotel for a great price

Pros: The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a large shower. I also liked we had an extra pillow which is unusual for Italy. There were three rooms on the one floor opening out onto a shared kitchen/lounge area which was great for us as we were 3 lots of friends all staying together on the same floor which was a very happy coincidence. The online check in was very efficient. We received a code on our phone which opened the door to the street and also the internal door. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: It was a little way out from the main tourist attractions but we weren’t there for that so it was fine for us. The apartment is very close to a metro station so tourist attractions would be easily accessible. We walked from Rome Termini and it was a quite a long way so I would recommend catching the metro as it was also very hot.

Very convenient and close enough to the city center

Pros: The location was very convenient and had a lot of nice restaurants Everything was easy to find out to check in

Cons: The only downside is the car noises sometimes so you cannot open any windows

Pros: Great location. Very close to the metro. Colosseum is at 20 min walk away. The host is very helpful and you can leave your luggage in location after check out what is a great thing.

Great Stay

Pros: Great stay very modern and clean, customer service was great. The host is constantly checking up to make sure everything is great. Really clean!

Cons: Could have been a bit clearer with the signage to the property, very hard to find in the dark, despite the detailed directions. any signage would really help.

Pros: Very nice location to explore the city and not be in too crowded areas. Super friendly staff, very classy and comfortable rooms.
