For the cost, you can't ask for a better location, host and room.

Pros: Superb location with an excellent host. Rooms provided everything that was needed for a short stay in the city centre with all the sights and sounds you'd expect.

Pros: Good value for money, spacious, very helpful and friendly staff, easy to communicate needs and flexible arrangements. Good location.

Cons: Unfortunately not much soundproofing from neighbours’ doors opening and closing but it was alright

Excellent city apartment

Pros: Location was great and room was very nice with added facilities (although shared) - kitchen, dining area etc

Cons: Bathroom was modern but a little cramped. Parking was a nightmare - to be expected in a city like Rome and if you are not very fit you won’t like the stairs

Great location near Termini, comfortable room, great communication - perhaps just a bit pricey?

Pros: Communication was excellent making for a a very smooth check in. The room was nice. Also the location is great if you’re arriving at Termini - a short walk with no hills which was great.

Cons: Just felt like the price was a bit high for the room. It may just be that’s how much Rome costs - it’s been a while since I visited last. But didn’t quite match my expectations for the price.

Was a beautiful room to stay.

Pros: So super clean and fresh, the pillows were amazing and the bed so comfortable, it’s what you need after a big trip.

Cons: There was nothing to not like.

Good stay in Rome

Pros: Easy to access when late arrival. Good communication with the owner and luggage storage for the next day. Didn’t have that much time to spend in the room but it was clean, nice and there was everything I needed.

Cons: Check out was little bit too early and air conditioning was loud.

Excellent location & lovely accommodation

Pros: Locality of accommodation, to central Rome. With a short walk to the Train Station. Excellent pre-stay contact from host. Clean & tidy accommodation with nice touches such as a welcome pack.

Cons: Nothing - would definitely recommend & stay again when in Rome.
