Perfect

Pros: It was a typical roman building, that gave us roman vibes. The room was very clean with a great view from santa maria maggiore. The neighbourhood was safe. Walking distance from historic places in rome. Very easy to find and to enter with the instruction given by the owner.

Amazing location

Pros: Perfect location. Few on the bog church and square Walking distance from all main attractions.

Cons: No aircon, only a fan. Was hot inside Noisy on Friday and Saturday as room was above a karaoke bar which stay open all night.

Pros: It’s an apartment in a building that’s a palace on the outside, more basic inside. It has 4 rooms for rent with a shared kitchen. The apartment is conservatively designed with some decorative touches. It’s across the road from & has views of St Mary Major Basilica; a 1600 year old church which is very beautiful. It’s one of the four most important churches in Rome. The views are fantastic, whether during the day or floodlit at night. You can hear its bells, & people watch. The area is vibrant, very central & has plentiful supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs… close to Termini & within walking distance of much of central Rome. Lots of transport links. I didn’t meet the staff, but the owner texted me detailed information on how to find the building & get in, & was friendly & quick to respond. I loved it.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Location was central and handy for visiting sites. However, evenings were a little noisy due to the bar/restaurant next door.

Cons: There was no kettle .

Pros: Perfect Location for a City Trip. Super close to the Main Station, with Forum and Colosseum in walking Distant, in Beautiful Monti where you can do Great Shopping. Also right next to Santa Maria di Maggiore- which you definitely should not miss!

Nice stay in Rome

Pros: The location is great! It it in front of Santa Maria maggiore Church and it is very close to other attractions (19mins walking to the colosseum). It is also very close to Termini train station (like 10 mins walking). The staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

Lovely place, good location,helpful and responsive host just bring earplugs for overnight comfort ;)

Pros: Very good location and nice traditional house/building. Lovelu and responsive host - helpful and thoughtful. A short walk to main attractions, nice coffee / drink . breakfast / diner downstair. old fashioned cute lift, traditional \

Cons: Noisy doors/locks. It's an old building. Traditional Italian - with it's best and bad sides. You can hear people coming back to the guest house or leaving - especially in the evening, at night and very early morning.
