Pros: As everyone says, this hotel’s greatest strengths are its excellent location—within walking distance of both Roma Station and the Colosseum—and the exceptionally warm and friendly service from Karen, whose smile brightens every interaction. Aside from that, the facilities undeniably show their age, and the breakfast is fairly average. However, since location and front desk service are crucial factors for travelers, if those are your top priorities, this hotel is definitely a recommended choice.
