Great place to stay & very central

Pros: Vincenzo was very nice and welcoming. He gave us lots of tips for the city. The room was lovely, it was very clean. Even though the road outside was noisy with open window, it was very quiet with windows closed. The location is very central, only few minutes walk from the main train station and it’s easy to walk to all the main sites from here!

Pros: Riom was clean, in great location, and Vincenco gave us helpful recommendations about what to see and visit in Rome.

Pros: The location is great, all the main attractions are within a 15-30 minute walk. The owner Vincenzo takes great care of the guests, provides all the necessary information. He also gave me a birthday surprise :)

Amazing host in gem stay

Pros: Vincenzo was an amazing host! Took the time to check us in and give us great recommendations of what to see and where to eat around his city. The rooms were large and clean with everything you need. Highly recommend!

Pros: All home appliances are enough. Everything was perfect. Flat was very clean and Mr. Vincenzo is the best Landlord in all over the world Vinci house ls very very close to Termini station .

Pros: The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience exceptional was our host. Vincenzo was incredibly hospitable from the moment we arrived, taking the time to personally meet us, warmly welcome us, and share thoughtful recommendations for nearby sights, cafés, and restaurants. What we appreciated most was Vincenzo’s kindness and genuine care. When we needed medical assistance, he went out of his way and spent a considerable amount of time helping us find the right care, even arranging for his friend, who is a doctor, to come personally to the venue to attend to us. His support made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are deeply grateful. Vincenzo is a wonderful ambassador for Italy. We highly recommend this place—not only for the lovely accommodation, but for a host who truly cares about his guests.

Easy walk from the train station.

Pros: The instructions on how to reach and enter Vinci House were very clear. Was able to store my luggage before checking in. The location was ideal, near the train station. The air con also worked very well, the shower was exceptional while the bed was very comfortable. Recommended.
