Pros: Great and helpful staff (elissandro), location, clean and simple

Cons: Booked in a hurry and didn’t see (don’t think it’s specified anywhere) that the room is on the 4th floor with no lift. I was ok but it was harder for my 80 year old father…

Fabulous, welcoming, attentive to our needs

Pros: The shower was blissful, the beds were comfortable, and we felt very welcome and looked after. It was lovely hearing the church bells.

Great room in a lovely part of town

Pros: Room was spacious, clean and well kitted out with everything we needed. Our hosts were really helpful with recommendations and stored some bags for us as we had a late flight home.

Great value for money for a weekend in Rome!

Pros: Very comfortable room and Ercole & Alessandro go above and beyond to make your stay even more comfortable. They truly are the stars of your stay.

Cons: Not what we didn’t like but and honorable mention is that the area (Termini) itself is “up and coming” . But its a great stay if you’re okay with walking to and from town. I mean who isn’t with how beautiful every corner of Rome is?

Will definitely come here again when next in Rome- a great place

Pros: Lovely large and light room. Very quiet and spotless. Modern bathroom and plenty of space for the three of us (mum and dad and a teenager). I would use Uber for transport to and from the hotel from the airport- affordable and safe travelling experience.

Cons: Nothing of note- the gentleman in the hotel kindly offered to bring our luggage upstairs, there was no lift but that was not an issue for us
