Great for short stays and close to Rome Termini. Pleasant walk to Colosseum and even nearer to Basilica Santa Maria Magg

Pros: Great location and close to Rome Termini. Very close to the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and metro station Victor Emmanuelle. Spacious room for 3 and it had a small balcony with city views. Natural light with those big windows. Very clean. There was a lift so that was convenient for those with big luggage.

Cons: Needs a bit of updating. I wish the hostess could speak a bit more English to communicate better. But what she lacked in English vocabulary, she had a friendly vibe at least.

Excellent location, cozy place

Pros: The location was very good - 10 mins walking to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, 15-20 mins to Fontana di Trevi. The beds were comfortable, the whole apartment is nice. The kitchen was cozy for breakfast and talking to the other guests.

Cons: The hot water was coming very slow, we had to wait quite a while in the bathroom. In the kitchen pretty similar and in addition it was running out of hot water quite fast.

Lovely art deco apartment in the heart of Rome

Pros: Great accommodation, in the heart of Rome, round the corner from the Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, and a short walk from the main train station. It's in a gated apartment block, so it felt very secure. Lovely unspoilt art deco apartment, still with some original features, like the gated lift and the floor in our room. And some lovely art works on the walls. Liviana communicated well before our arrival, and was friendly and helpful and showed us around when we arrived. Our room had an ensuite bathroom and a balcony large enough to sit and eat supper (and more attractive and welcoming than my photo suggests!). The shared kitchen has everything you need, so you could cook a meal if you wanted to (we just used it for snacks and drinks). It made us feel like we were really living in Rome - would definitely recommend.

Cons: The kitchen and bathroom were a bit 'tired', but it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property.

Pros: The location between Termini Station and The Colosseum was great for us, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons: It was a little difficult checking in as you had to use an electronic key and there was very little internet service inside the building, maybe if the wifi code was given it would have made this easier

Pros: Perfect location ! Clean and very good hospitality ! Full recommended

Comfy stay near to the central station

Pros: Perfect location close to the main station, metro and the attractions. Comfy beds, clean facilities. Warm welcome, friendly hosts. Good air-conditioning.

Pros: good aircondition, close to station, comfortable bed, good fridge, nice host. I was worried that check in would be difficult with codes and link and what not but we could just ring and were let in and then had keys for all the doors.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location was perfect too. Its near Colosseum. The staff was great, We loved the house.

Pros: It was really convinient and you can almost walk all the famous places. It was clean also and had very good cafe just downstairs for grabbing coffee and breakfast.

Cons: The room was a bit small and the walls were not soundproof.
