Very nice and well located!

Pros: Very clean, perfect location and staff very responsable!

Pros: Excellent location at reasonable price. Good wifi. Close to main station. Owner was extremely helpful in arranging early drop off of bags. Breakfast voucher at local cafe for coffee and cake more than enough to start the day. Would stay again

The best spot!

Pros: Looking for a great base in Rome?! Arthouse is your best bet! Central and close to Termini station (literally a 5 minute walk), surrounded by wonderful little shops and restaurants, a very comfortable bed and a lovely host who was super helpful and accommodating during my visit. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone stopping through Rome.

Good location, nice host

Pros: The host and her wife were very helpful, it was easy to communicate via Whatsapp. The breakfasts are served in a nearby cafeteria, near a beautiful cathedral. Wide choice of selection. The room is simple but clean, hot water etc. Good location to public transport.

Close the station and supermarket.

Pros: Location is good. 7 minutes walking to train station and 5 minutes to the supermarket market.

Cons: I had difficult to open the door. The door locker looks no intuitive, as far I followed the instructions. Then the propriety sent a video, it was helpful.
