Pros: Location was perfect, only 3 minutes from Rome Station.

Cons: A bit old and dirty but it's fine for me. I needed the location.

Great location and value for money.

Pros: 1. Very close to Roma termini and metro 2. Sufficiently clean and apples along with other things given as breakfast helped . 3. Not many stairs to the place . So helpful if you have heavy luggage.

Cons: 3 rooms have 1 shared bathroom. During Busy time , it might be a problem but we didn’t face any

Good location room

Pros: Hospitable staff. The room had a view of the courtyard. Very convenient location. Everything nearby. Comfortable bed for relaxation. In the kitchen you could use a refrigerator and microwave, kettle and dishes. Air conditioning that works for cooling and heating.

Cons: The scale in the kettle was significant.

Pros: Very good location, nice staff and clean rooms. However, the window could not be closed, so only the shutter separated it from the street, so it was quite noisy. It was a bit overpriced, even though the accommodation was in a good location, we only rented one room and shared the shared bathroom with two other rooms, which was a bit unpleasant.

Pros: Very comfortable room. You have privacy. The conditions were better than I expected. This guesthouse definitely deserves better reviews. The staff were very helpful and communicative with everything. Also the bathroom was in a better condition than from what I saw in the pictures. The beds were comfy, the room clean.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Location was perfect. The manager was polite and took care that we found the place easily. Room was quite big and clean. Everything important was found in the lobby. Good shower. We'll come again when we return to Rome.
