Pros: Everything was good! Clean, large room, excelent location. Perfect for family.

Overall we enjoyed our time here and would come back.

Pros: We had a great experience, the host was kind and explained everything very well. The room was nice, we got a few snacks. The coffe and tea were also great. From Termini station we found the location pretty quickly, and we could reach most of the monuments by foot, so the location is also good.

Cons: The only problem was the hot water, we had to wait for it during the showers and sometimes it changed from hot to cold suddenly.

Pros: The room was clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was excellent — close to Termini station and the Colloseum. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for the location.

Cons: The onlly downside was the weaker water pressure in the bathroom.

Clean room in a perfect location for a short stay!

Pros: It’s in a great location within a few minutes of Santa Maria Maggiore. It was a very large and clean room.

Pros: Lovely simple place in Rome, location right near termini, just a small walk to get to the main areas in Rome. Nice room and bathroom, all clean and easy to access.

Pros: A very convenient location, very friendly and supportive stuff!🤩🫶 Perfect for a short stay in Rome, as it is close to the Station “Roma Termini”, 5 minutes walk from the place. 👍

Pros: The location is accesible to all transportation. The staff is friendly and approachable. The aircon works very well.

Clean facilities near to central train station

Pros: Proximity to central train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons: Bed was unfortunately hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: Very Habdsome Guys that work there! Kind! Helpfull! Room is a little small but for a couple perfect. I especially choose this room because i smoke and needed a balcony.

Cons: Elevator is kinda scary haha

Good place for couple or family

Pros: I enjoyed the stay, many stores and restaurants around. You can start visiting objectives (colosseum) by walking 15 minutes. Air condition was free, they have free breakfast for the first day, they provided bottle of water for free in the fridge. The receptioninst is friendly and helpful and quickly answering to any question. They also allow to deposite baggage for the last day after the check out. You can also request to clean the room.
