Good hotel offering exceptional value for money.

Pros: The hotel is close to Termini train station and just a few minutes' walk from Rome's tourist attractions, such as the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

very nice business stay

Pros: I've been many times now, and every time I've loved the place, cozy yet functional, nice and clean. The owner and the staff have always been very nice and welcoming; in my latest stay, I expecially appreciated the lady in service in the morning I checked out: I had some unforeseen extra business calls to make, and she's been extremely attentive and supportive to accomodate my needs.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. I especially appreciated having tea, coffee, and a microwave available in the common area at all times — it made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Cons: The city tax is 7 euros per person, per night. Kinda nuts :S

Perfect place to stay In Rome.

Pros: This room was perfect, very clean, spacious and modern, great location could walk to most places. Also a great price for how nice the room is. Highly recommend for your stay in Rome.

Lovely room in a great location!

Pros: A great stay here, nice location just 5 minutes walk away from the central station. Comfortable turning up here in a new city late in the evening. Everything was a 30 minute walk away roughly to see some of the main attractions. What a stunning city! I’ll be back to stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location and great value for money! This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect - just a short walk to the metro station which made getting around Rome so convenient. We were also within easy walking distance of the city center and many of Rome's famous landmarks and historical sites. The room was clean and well-maintained with a good standard of furnishings and amenities. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. The proximity to public transportation, combined with being so close to the main attractions, made this the ideal base for exploring Rome. We could easily reach all the major sights without spending too much time or money on transportation. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome who wants a clean, comfortable stay in a prime location. Great value and we would happily book again on our next visit to the Eternal City!

Pros: The property was clean and in a good location. A short walk to the Roma Termini. The buses and subway nearby were well connected to tourist spots.

Cons: The wifi didn’t work well.
