Snug and great

Pros: It has all the necessities, the ensuite bathroom is tiny but perfectly usable and very clean. The host is very forthcoming and kind, and he made sure we were informed and comfortable. It’s small but cozy and perfect to just use as a sleeping spot, while taking a break from beautiful Rome. Thank you Kalim!

Good value for short term stay.

Pros: Good location for people who need to take the airport bus or train. Friendly host who let us check in earlier. It is ga ood value to get the job done for our short stay in Rome.

Cons: No toileries in the bathroom.

Good find but need ear plugs!!

Pros: Clean and comfortable, nicely decorated in a lively and interesting neighborhood near the central station and city centre. The owner was very friendly and gave lots of hints and tips and the best restaurants (there was always a line of people when I wanted to go) There are lots of facilities like a microwave, iron, cups, glasses etc.

Cons: You need earplugs! I wasn't aware of the set up when I booked. It's quite a small apartment with five or so converted rooms and there are some or one permanent resident. My room was next to the bathroom and kitchen area so could get noisy. The first two nights were fine as had earplugs, but the final night was a problem as I had to listen out for my alarm. It seemed the people coming in and out of the flat had little respect for others.

Excelent!

Pros: Excelent location, near Termini and 5 min walk to metro station. Anyway we walked to all the touristic spots from the hotel. There are many restaurants and a big supermarket around. The Termini area may not be the most popular in Rome but we felt safe at all time (even returning late at night). There is also a kitchen, a washing machine and a shared bathroom that was also very clean. The room was comfortable and clean, A/C worked perfectly. Kalilm was a great host, very kind and toughtful. He gave us several recommendations. There is no 24 hs reception so you have to annouce your arrival time in advance. To sum up, it is an excelent choice for a low budget if you want a comfortable place to sleep and visit the most icoinc spots in Rome.

Pros: Staff is totally professional. I was contacted personally for the most accurate arrival time and they were waiting for me at the house and I got every info I needed.

Pros: The accommodation was very cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The place was exceptionally clean. The man who welcomed us was very kind—he even provided us with a map and explained everything we could do in the area. He gave us helpful recommendations and clear instructions. We were very satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend this place. Great value for money and a lovely environment.

Cons: Instructions on where to leave the keys after checkout was a bit confusing

Pros: The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and many major attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels provided. It was also well-equipped with for example a kettle, fridge. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the kindness of the host. I accidentally left my bag on a bus, and unfortunately, the apartment keys were inside. I was really stressed, but the host was incredibly understanding. He didn’t charge me anything for the lost keys and reassured me by saying it was no big deal. His helpful attitude made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend staying here!

I would book again

Pros: This is a great property very central location and the host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Rome and be in walking distance of a majority of the sights.
