The Place In Rome Guest House

Pros: Clean and the Location is amazing . I had a very good time there Its 5 mins walk from the central station 20 mins walk to the city center Amazing bakery and coffee shop downstairs!! I really enjoyed.. If Im coming back to Rome will book here again!!

Pros: The receptionist is very kind and very helpful.very good place to stay in rome.all transport places are near the hotel its all are walking distance its very easy.

Pros: Room was perfect for us to use as a base for exploring, check in was smooth, the man on reception was lovely and helpful. Bed was comfy.

Pros: Kind receptionist gave good advice on Rome and good places to eat. Good value for the money. I felt safe in the area. Good restaurants nearby, and a good breakfast place.

Cons: Be aware that the private bathroom is in the hallway. For a longer stay this may be an issue. Was fine for 3 days.

Pros: James answered all my questions immediately, and we received a warm welcome from him. Thank you James C!! Pizzeria and Restaurant recommendations were on point! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Glad to have had restful sleep after a long way of walking!

Cons: My coffee maker did not work but plenty of coffee shops nearby. :)

Pros: I really liked this accommodation, it had an amazing location, only a few minutes from Termini station or the closest metro stop. From there, it was possible to get to the city centre easily. The room itself was very nice and clean. I especially appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, who was super fun and nice. He told us many tips about Rome, which was really helpful.

Cons: The only small minus was that the fridge and coffee maker in our room did not work.

Very welcoming stuff

Pros: Room is exactly as it is on pictures, and it has a wonderful balcony! Stuff is very friendly, it was a pleasure nearing them every day The area feels safe, although railway station is close Also our room was ready, so I was able to check in at 10. Thanks a lot!

Cons: Unfortunately, you can hear everything behind the door AC is very loud (but at least there is in which is not typical for Rome) Reception area feels a bit “tired” — when I saw it got scared smth would be wrong with room (but the room was good, so it was a wrong impression in the end)

I would definitey consider going back.

Pros: The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and warned about scams used by restaurants and services to get more money out of tourists. He was also helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location was an easy walk from Roma Termini train station.

Cons: There was a power outage for around 1-1/2 to 2 hours while I was there, but this was not the fault of the guest house. Also, the shower was quite small, with barely enough room to move.

Pros: The location of the apartments is very good near to the historic center . The clean service works excellent. The receptionist is polite and friendship. The only one minus is the bathroom , not comfortable and narrow
