Great stay!
Pros: It was my first time staying in Portuense and although I did like the neighbourhood (more residential vibes with a couple of supermarkets plus a number of eateries in walking distance), Trastevere (where I usually stay) was still a bus ride away rather than in walking distance. Might not be an ideal spot in terms of visiting the center but it is a pleasant area to stay otherwise with connections via buses and trains. The host was very communicative and responsive, and I appreciated the early check-in. The apartment is quite new both inside and outside. Very spacious and clean. There was also AC! There was bottled water and milk in the fridge too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with plenty of features in the apartment to make you feel at home like you're living in Rome so I would recommend.
Cons: It was a bit far away from the main sights but it had more to do with Rome's poor public transport plus there were some trams and buses not running the week I was there so some routes took longer than usual (e.g. a bus ride to the Vatican would have taken nearly an hour but a taxi ride was 15 minutes just to give geographical context). Although not a major complaint, I did find some kitchen items to be missing e.g. cutting knife, cutting board, dish wash soap, etc (since there are plates, cooking pots and pans, and cups available) but I shared this with the host and they were very open to feedback.

Excellent apartment at a great location in an awesome city!
Pros: The location is excellent, about 5 minutes walk from a train station that allows easy access to the inner city and the airport. But because it's a little out of the way, its calm around. Groceries can be done literally next door and there are some small restaurants around. Communication with the hostess was easy, fast and very friendly :) The apartment itself is spacious, bathroom is excellent and there is a large balcony to relax after a busy day exploring the awesomeness of Roma!

Pros: 20 min (€8) train 🚆 FCO to Villa Bonelli. 3 min walk to the room. Next to Lidl supermarket. 25 min Bus 781 to Rome Centre (Venezia).
Cons: Air conditioning was centrally off in the building as summer timings not yet started (10May-14May). However, the owner kindly provided a pedestal fan on the next day.

Pros: One of the most beautiful accommodations I've been to, everything is almost new, equipped kitchen where you can prepare breakfast or even more. Lidl and bus stop 100 meters away as well as a restaurant where you can find delicious food. The very welcoming host was constantly asking if we were ok. 20 minutes from the center by bus. Thank you once again it was beyond expectations.

Pros: La posizione è comoda vicino alla fermata dei bus che ti portano in centro ed è in una zona tranquilla con supermercati, bar e negozi di ogni genere. L'appartamento ha una ampia terrazza bellissima.....tutta da scoprire.

Genial!
Pros: El apartamento es genial, muy limpio y moderno, además a 2 minutos tiene una parada de bus que te lleva a todos lados en unos 30 minutos. Tiene un Lidl justo delante, por lo que comprar es fácil también. La chica que lo gestiona muy amable y atenta, contesta muy rápido.
