Pros: The apartment is comfortable, clean, and cozy. The host, Alex, is very friendly — he helped us with our luggage and explained everything. It was a real pleasure dealing with him. There are several transportation options to get to the city center, so we had no problems at all. We are very happy that we chose these apartments.

Pros: The owner is incredibly sincere and hospitable. The apartment perfectly matches the description: it is cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was easy and independent, and the owner was always available and responsive. All necessary amenities were provided, and even more. The location offers convenient access to supermarkets, bus stops, and the train station. Highly recommended!

Pros: Everything things was perfect really. The owner the place the flat . There are noting to say about it not perfect. We felt us that we are in 5stars Hotel but more becausethe owner looks like one of our family. When i’ll go to Rom i have to be only there .

Pros: The accommodation was absolutely amazing, everything was new after renovation. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, and the beds were new and comfortable. The host even gave us a bottle of wine, water, cookies, and a small surprise for the kids. Getting to the city center by bus was no problem at all. For getting by bus, I recommend app the Probus Roma, and for buying tickets, use TicketAppy. I highly recommend this place — we will definitely come back. Thank you!

The best host ever!

Pros: Alex was the best host ever. He has a booklet with instructions to help visitors, left some gifts and food when you arrive. He was really supportive. Besides, the apartment is new and super comfortable. There is a train station very close to the apartment that has connections with the metro line therefore you can arrive in any place in 20 or 30 mins.

Pros: The appartament is really clean, modern and comfortable. It's very good comunicated with the center. There is everything you need, even very good coffee and tea. And the host is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this appartment.

A wonderful apartment, highly recommended

Pros: This property deserves more than 10 points. We stayed for 3 nights as two adults and two children (ages 11 and 16). Everything was perfect. The rooms, bathroom, and toilet—everything was new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had more than we needed. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. Just turn off the street and you're on the main road. Bus stops, markets, restaurants, and Lidl are all very close by. We parked the car in front of the complex. We toured all of Rome by public transportation. It was our first time in Rome, and the host was very helpful about this. He has also prepared a digital guide to introduce Rome to tourists. I printed it out before arriving. Thank you for the little keychain gift and for everything. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who will be visiting Rome. Thank you again for everything.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect – spotless clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the communication with the host was excellent. The location is great, with easy access to the city center. Both the building and the apartment are well maintained, and all appliances, electronics, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of shops and restaurants just around the corner. We stayed here with our two children and would easily rate our experience 10/10. A special touch: it was my birthday during our stay, and the host surprised me with a lovely gift – such a kind and thoughtful gesture! When we return to Rome, we will definitely choose this apartment again.
