Great place

Pros: Great apartment. Close to the venue I needed to be at

Roma vero

Pros: A big clean apartment close to busses & train( villa bonelli) to Trastevere & center. Alessandro was very communicative. I loved that it was in a real lokal area & close to several pizzerias( no tourist prices as in center), and many shopping options as well for everything you need. I felt completely safe here as a single woman.

Happy in General.

Pros: Location is good, very handy to have a supermarket near and a walking track by the river.

Cons: The street is leading to the apartment is not that clean.

Pros: The apartment is clean, large and cozy. There is everything you need. We got to the center by train for 20 minutes and you are there. The hostess was good at answering questions and was in touch.

Lovely little hidden appartment

Pros: The apartment seemed to be only recently refurbished, and everything seemed brand new and sparkling clean. The facilities were brilliant. Everything we needed was there- fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, hot brush, all the toiletries- even the laundry gel! Our trip was only for 3 nights, and we only needed somewhere to stay for the night as we were constantly out and about. Although the location is a bit out of the city centre, you can easily get there by the train, bus or taxi/uber. The host, Bruno, was absolutely lovely. Very attentive, making sure we have everything we needed, offering help, and asking about our stay daily. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the apartment.

Cons: This is not something I didn't like, it is just something to be aware of as different people have different expectations. And it is deffinetly not a negative comment about the accommodation itself! At first glance, the neighbourhood looks a bit rough, however we have never felt unsafe, and we were walking around at 11pm just two women. The apartment itself is actually located in a really quiet and reasonably tidy street.

Appartamento grande e funzionale

Pros: Appartamento con spazi molto ampi, tutte le dotazioni necessarie e anche tutte quelle utili. Pulizia impeccabile. Sistemazione e arredi nuovi. Unico appunto, la mancanza di un elemento riscaldante nel bagno. La posizione non vicina al centro città ma per le mie esigenze, adattissima. In ogni caso molto comoda per stazione ferroviaria Villa Bonelli, su linea per aeroporto Fiumicino e per Trastevere, Tiburtina ecc. Il quartere ha tutti i servizi necessari, specie negozi e supermercati. L'appartamento è piano terra di un condominio e le finestre ffacciano su parcheggio condominiale; in ogni caso molto tranquillo e non affatto rumoroso.

Pros: Tutto ok, sopratutto la pulizia. Qualche capsula di caffè in più in cucina non sarebbe stato male.

Pros: Appartamento molto carino....tutti i locali sono ampi e ristrutturato da poco....il proprietario non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e molto disponibile....prossimo viaggio a Roma torneremo assolutamente
