La Casa di Carmine

Pros: Amazing clean house with all the amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and tvs in both rooms. Welll located, close to bus stops, the supermarket and convenience stores. Host was amazing and informative when we had questions. I would recommend this place highly.

Pros: It feels like home - there's everything you would need for both short and long stay. Communication with the owner was easy, she is kind and caring. Location wise, it may be slightly further from the centro storico but it's easily accessible via direct buses and trains. There's a train to Fiumicino airport as well. The bed was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The whole apartment is very clean, nothing outdated, even two TVs, the one in the bedroom has smartTV. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped, too. There's an extra - you'll find various unfinished beverages that you can try as well.

Cons: The things I did not like about the property cannot be somehow changed by the owner - such as noise coming from the neighbours or too many devices using the power causing the breaker to pop, slight smell in the bathroom due to the drain system they have in Rome. Overall - if you understand that this is an apartment and not a hotel, none of these things are that much of an issue.

Overall, the accommodation is very comfortable and convenient for a vacation.

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, with all the necessary amenities. There are plenty of extra blankets if it gets cold, and a heater is also available. The owner is always in touch and ready to assist. Finding the key was a bit of a quest, but everything worked out. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with everything you might need

Cons: On the downside, the water pressure is quite low, and there is no soundproofing, which can make it difficult to sleep at night. The location is a bit far from the city center, but all public transport options are available, and it’s very close to the airport.

Amazing experience!

Pros: We found the apartment right away, there is a direct train from the airport then just a few minutes walk. Almost right around the corner there is a bus stop from where you can get to center where you can change to almost all buses. The location of the accommodation was very good, it is about five minutes walk from the Lidl store. The rooms look exactly like in the photos, it's equipped with everything mentioned on this website.

Wonderfull sejour in Rome

Pros: Everything was cleaned. The bed was confy and large. It looks like in the photos. The rooms are large. There is a Lidl, a train station close and lots of small places to eat in the oposite direction.

Cons: The shower didn t had so much pressure, but the owner said that it will be fixed.

Pros: skvělá domluva s ubytovatelem, snadná cesta od stanice vlaku k ubytování, dobrá poloha pro výlety do centra Říma, klidné místo a uzavřený blok. Fotky odpovídají skutečnosti, opravdu hezký byt, účelně vybaven. Byly jsme s dcerou velmi spokojené.

Wonderful location and great experience with a lot of locals.

Pros: The host really worked with us. With us coming in from out of country and times being weird he was very kind in letting us drop our luggage off early. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Cons: Nothing to not like! The neighborhood was local and that was a plus for us. Really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Pros: Pulito. Al primo piccolo problema, la cui colpa non era di Carmine, lui è subito intervenuto per aiutarci, risolvendo poi lui stesso la situazione. Gentilissimo!
