A clean, spacious and well-located place with a very helpful host, ideal for a short stay
Pros: The accommodation is about an 8-minute walk from the train station, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The building itself is somewhat dated from the outside, but once inside everything is very clean and well maintained. The host, Rakib, is friendly and very helpful, and communication was easy throughout the stay. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the location is excellent—central to everything we needed to see and do. Overall, a very good stay with great value for the location.
Cons: One potential downside is that the walls seem quite thin. We were fortunate that the other guests during our stay were quiet, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Clean, with an attentive host and close to the center
Pros: The apartment is quite clean, and the host is ready to offer cleaning every day. The apartment is located a three-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around easy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the terminal. Thank you to the host for the attention and care.
Cons: The room needs some renovation, and it would be better if there were slippers in the room,however, the host warns you about this in advance.

Great service, brilliant host and spotless room!
Pros: We had an amazing stay in Rome thanks to our wonderful host, Rakib, from Oscar Group. He was absolutely lovely, kind, helpful, and exceptionally professional in every aspect. His communication was always fast, clear, and thoughtful. I truly wish all hosts were like him. The room itself was perfect: very clean, well maintained, and cleaned every day. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. The location was brilliant, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, with direct connections to many places, including the airport. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the tourist buses. Despite being so close to everything, the area was quiet and felt very safe. Overall, a top-quality experience. Highly recommended!
Cons: The hall fragrance a bit too strong, however none in the room which was great.

Quiet, yet still close proximity to all the major attractions
Pros: Location was very close to Roma Termini in a residential building. Rakib was very proactive in messaging us for check in and was very patient as we were running late than the intended check-in time. Housekeeping and towel service was provided everyday. In addition, Rakib left a small gift on our last day.
Cons: The place was a bit smaller than expected.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and super comfortable. The host explained everything with great care and was very attentive throughout our stay. The beds were excellent, and the room offered plenty of space. We especially appreciated having two mirrors, which was very convenient. The building also had an elevator, so we barely needed to use the stairs. Overall, a wonderful experience in Rome!
Cons: The front gate can be a little tricky to open, but nothing impossible, and there is also a second option in case you can’t manage it.

Pros: Good location, VERY clean (we didn’t expect everyday cleaning) VERY NICE owner 👍🏻 the only minus was no kitchen to prepare our own food and noisy from other rooms but it’s common in the city Centre and sharing apartments. For this price it was good experience in Rome.
