Pros: Everything felt like a palace. The beds were super comfortable, the staff were lovely.

Rating as real good affordable hotel, with just what you need for short stay in Rome.

Pros: Simple but sufficient for a short stay in Rome - you are almost all day out. Room was very clean, spacious and yes, very quiet -room 1. The person in charge very accommodating.

Cons: Nothing particular, it looks not as traditional hotel, with fancy entrance but that's not needed.

Reccomended for stay in Rome, central location

Pros: Apartment is very close to Termini station, where most of people will arrive from airport if you are taking a bus or train. It takes only 4 minutes to get to apartment from the station. The apartment itself is located 15 minutes walk from city center, location is excellent, you don’t need to use public transport. Room was clean, spacious, bed comfortable, we also had small balcony, which was nice. There’s tv with connection to Netflix, wi-fi worked well. I know Rome very well and I felt safe in this area. The communication with the owner was a bit challenging, which caused a bit of stress. I suggest you call both numbers, sending messages is not reccomended. It takes a while for water to heat up in the bathroom.

Nice located, close to attractions even walking distance, clean and good for sleep.

Pros: Location is excellent, 5 min from main central station, also close to the Colosseum, within walking distance and other attractions. It is 3 minutes away from Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. We also liked the room, was clean and spacious. It has a mini bar and a mini table.

Cons: The place is an apartment divided into 3 renting rooms, the one that we stayed had a double bed and a single bed. It has a common place with a mini kitchen. Would be nice to improve the kitchen with utilities like a pot.

A great option in a very expensive city!

Pros: Was surprised how big the room was! Everything worked well, but most importantly- it was super quiet. The room we had didn't face the main road, so it was very relaxing!

Great location

Pros: The room was big, comfortable and the location was great. The girl who welcomed us was nice. I gave a 10 because our trip was nice in general and the price for the room was really good.

Cons: The kitchen which is shared is not clean. The owner knocked on our door at 11pm to take the money for the city tax. I understand that he was maybe scared we would forget to leave the money or something but it's rude to knock on the door at 11 pm because of that.
