Great location. Great price and an amazing host. Worth the stay if seeing Rome.

Pros: Very well located close to Rome terminus so short walk for bus transfers. Made walking everywhere a great option and was easy to access anytime of the day. Vincenzo was a wonderful host and very accommodating highly recommend.

Cons: Everything was okay. Shower a little tiny but got the job done.

Pros: The host is amazing! He greeted us warmly and gave a thorough introduction at check-in. When our door got stuck, he came right away to help. He even thoughtfully provided water for us at check-out. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Pros: Vincenzo was very friendly and available for anything you can need! It was clean and confortable!

Cons: The neighbohood is à little scary at night

Great place to stay in Rome!

Pros: Shahin was an extremely kind host. The location is fantastic, close to the station and in 15 min walking distance from colosseum. There are also many reasonably priced / quality restaurants around the corner who stay open till late or offer breakfast. And supermarket is nearby. The room is good for a few nights with just decent space/storage. A small refrigerator, and a/c - heating ensures right temperature. It's really quiet in the room. Lastly, we actually enjoyed the old elevator, added to the charm.

Cons: The floor of the bathroom got a bit wet from shower. Nothing dramatic though

Great location great host

Pros: Very friendly welcome and at a time to suit us. Explained keys and details of apartment. Apartment spacious for city centre with fridge and kettle. No noise at night and slept well. Kettle and fridge in room. Very close to many attractions and train station. Able to leave luggage for a few hours on day we left.

Cons: Water in shower warm but not as hot as we would like.

Pros: The room was very quiet and in a good location. Shahin was very welcoming and provided an in depth overview of the city and appartment.

Pros: It’s was clean, location was great. The host made sure our stay is comfortable and was very responsive to our queries.. just a call/ message away.

Pros: It's close to the central Termini so easy to get there from the airport. The room was decently sized for two people, it's just generally a tight apartment but in good condition. Wifi was strong to get some work done too. The host was super helpful when we had an issue with the fridge and resolved it immediately, and explained everything of the house and surrounding amenities. He resupplied us with water daily too which was very nice.
