Had a goodnight’s sleep. Quiet and simple, just like home

Pros: Claudio and Jacqueline were very happy to welcome us. They were a very jolly couple. The apartment was clean and organized. Very near a coffee place which we all liked.

Cons: The drainage in the bath tub clogs.

Alles was man braucht.

Pros: Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann ihn immer erreichen, wenn etwas fehlt oder man sonstige Fragen hat. Die Unterkunft selber, hat alles was man braucht. Ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen, für einen schönen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in der ewigen Stadt!

Cons: Die nächste Metro Station ist ca. 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Dies kann man aber auch mit Bussen erreichen. Nachts ist das hin und her kommen ein wenig schwierig.

Pros: Mieszkanie duże, przestronne. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze działa. Apartament nie jest super nowoczesny, ale jest bardzo czysto. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci i były wszystkie sprzęty kuchenne potrzebne do zrobienia ewentualnych posiłków. Właściciel bardzo miły. Udzielił nam informację o okolicy - gdzie zjeść, jak dojechać itd. Blisko domu są duże markety. Przystanek autobusowy(200m od domu)z którego dojedzie się do centrum i każdego innego miejsca w Rzymie. Dwa balkony. Winda. Bardzo polecam to miejsce 😊 mogliśmy zostawić bagaż przed zameldowaniem, w trakcie gdy mieszkanie było jeszcze sprzątane.

Cons: Jedno z łóżek było mało wygodne. I nie było żelazka.

Home sweet home !

Pros: L’appartement était spacieux, très bien équipé, climatisé. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine fermée et séparée du salon qui servait de chambre d’appoint. Des bouteilles d’eau fraîche et des bonbons nous attendaient à notre arrivée et les lits étaient faits. Il y avait une machine à laver et de la lessive. Il y avait une machine à café et des capsules de café à disposition. Les serviettes de bain étaient fournies. L’immense télévision nous a permis de suivre les JO de Paris dans les meilleures conditions le soir ! Il y avait un petit supermarché pas très loin.

Cons: Le matelas du grand lit était un peu usé et s’affaissait au milieu (il mériterait d’être changé). Sur l’annonce était indiqué que l’appartement comportait deux chambres et un salon. En réalité il n’y avait qu’une chambre, notre fille a dormi dans un lit d’appoint installé dans le salon. Il était également très compliqué de se garer dans le quartier en fin de journée.
