Overall would recommend for short stays, perfectly located for tourists.

Pros: Excellent location for visiting all major centro storico tourist spots; lovely helpful staff, good breakfast, lovely little roof terrace, lovely welcome drink and nibbles, and fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee available 24/7. Nice but very compact room, very clean, Bed and pillows comfortable.

Cons: Room was very “compact”, fortunately we only had hand luggage as there wasn’t really room for a larger suitcase, no drawers to unpack clothes into; shower edge front edge sealant was grubby.

Wonderful stay in a great location!!

Pros: Warm welcome from the wonderful staff! Lovely room, great roof garden and breakfast room. Choice of mattress and pillows, fizz, welcome note were bonus added touches to our stay. Ideal location fairly central to attractions and easily walkable.

Brilliant location and friendly staff

Pros: This property is in such a great location and in walking distance to mostly all the main attractions of Rome. Close by to many popular restaurants so you never have to walk far for food. Bus stops also within 5 mins walk. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They would attend to whatever you needed whether that was more towels in the room, or the way you like your eggs at breakfast time - thank you! The bed was also very comfortable and you’re given the option to pick between 4 different types of mattress as part of their sweet dreams project. Roof terrace is a great addition although we had terrible weather so weren’t able to use it much - would be lovely in summer. Also loved the old fashioned traditional lift in the building it was really fun! :)

Cons: I think the rooms could do with more sound proofing. We were kept awake at night by the outside noise, although Rome is a very busy and loud city, maybe the windows could be better sound proofed. This was also the same for hearing guests in neighbouring rooms. Our room was also in need of a paint but I understand that the property are currently renovating their rooms so this may not have been a problem if we had booked in the following week. Also would be good to have milk sachets in the room/kitchen.

Bella Bella Roma! A fabulous little hotel full of charm, and such a central location!.

Pros: Alberto & the team were the perfect hosts, we really felt looked after. How many boutique hotels offer a choice of 4 different types of mattress? Little touches like a complimentary bottle of wine, and a little jar of sweeties at check-out were wonderful!. We were there for the Italy-Scotland rugby game, and it's such a beautiful and central location. The big surprise was Alberto found out that I played guitar, and on Sunday morning he brought in his own guitar for me, and we all had an amazing sing song!. Such a lovely time, and we will be back!

Cons: Not something the hotel could have done anything about but the rain in Rome was torrential!. But they are well prepared, and there were curtesy umbrellas for all!.

Wonderful

Pros: Ideal location. Easy walking distance to all the major sites. Staff fantastic. Great communication pre check in. We were there for rugby weekend. An added extra was Alberto the owner giving his guitar to a fellow guest to lead a sing song at breakfast. I was sorry to be leaving . Will definitely return.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff

Pros: Wonderful location at the heart of the Centro Storico- two minutes from the Piazza Navona and about 5 from the Pantheon. Fun small BnB. Rooms not huge, but well equipped and you choose your own mattress, which we found a nice touch. We particularly appreciated the help from staff with transfers/ taxis/ restaurant booking over the tricky Christmas period.

Amazing place

Pros: Amazing place, room was spacious, we were made to feel at home straight away by Alberto and everyone else. Everyone went the extra mile for us. Can't fault it. 5* Hotel was right in the heart of the city as well meaning we could walk everywhere.

Pros: Really enjoyed our time while living in these apartments. Super friendly welcome, guest - oriented stuff and perfect location. The fifths floor (the upper one) of the historical building, very curious elevator (oh, Gosh, it was awesome to get up and down :)) Not so big but cute enough room with all necessary facilities and good city view. The kitchen is available around the clock. You can get there tea/coffee and some biscuits/ fruit Also it has an outstanding porch on the rooftop (the view is overwhelming there - you can smoke or have a cup of coffee and get grounded a bit) As we were there during Christmas - we found a Christmas cake in the kitchen at Christmas Eve, so cute!) Overall, we’d like to come back - that’s for sure!
