Confortable centric amazing stay in Rome. So attentive and kind!

Pros: The property is located perfectly within the old centre and supermarket nearby. Although so centric, the property is quiet and sleep unperturbed. It was so very confortable, spotless clean and the coffee delicious! Flavio was most kind and attentive to us, excellent experience!

Cons: The entrance are steps for mobility needs but otherwise this is not a problem

Pros: The accommodation was comfortable and very clean! The host did everything possible to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. When a small issue came up with the hair dryer, it was replaced immediately.

Cons: The only negative I would mention is the age of the building. It has a narrow entrance and stairs without an elevator. Also, due to the building’s age, the soundproofing is not very good.

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly. Accommodation was clean, beds comfortable and rooms cleaned every day. It is also central.

Cons: Although shower had good pressure and hot water, it was rather small as was the toilet area. Sink and wash area situated outwith toilet and in corridor.

Loved it, will choose it again if we are in Roma again.

Pros: Loved the location - it's so central we could get to any touristy areas just by walking. There were plenty of food and shopping opportunities just downstairs. Special shout out to Flavio for being the best host!

Cons: Due to it's central location, it can get a bit noisy from the eateries downstairs but that was to be expected when you book in such a location. We had no complaints.
