Pros: The location is the best, the staff is very kind and helpful. The room is modern and clean, modern bathroom also. Breakfast is satisfying, all fresh. Also all the building has central lock and also the rooms main door.

Pros: Location was fabulous 👌 staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and modern. We even had chocolates left for us on valentines. Highly recommend

Book! Book! Book!

Pros: Rooms were spotless and in an excellent location. Staff were very helpful and went out their way to help you. Breakfast was between 8-10am, unfortunately our bookings were for 8.30 each morning so we were missing breakfast. However the staff left us sandwiches, yoghurt and fruit in room.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit late. In other city breaks breakfast started at 7.00am so I just assumed this would be the same. If known I wouldnt have booked bed & breakfast.

Pros: Staff excellent so helpful. Everything modern and immaculately clean. Room and ensuite perfect. Bed super comfortable. Safe mini fridge with free drinks.room had balcony Location amazing so central. Highly recommend.

Great home base to explore Rome.

Pros: Wonderful location in great proximity to a lot of attractions and eateries. Was good to have storage space under the bed for suitcases. Staff were super helpful in making sure we had an early breakfast available before we left for an early morning tour.

Cons: If you're a light sleeper the street noise travels. The bed is very firm.
