Beautiful room right in the heart of Rome.
Pros: the room was very central. Piazza Navona on one side and Campo dei Fiori on the other side. Everything is within walking distance. The room was large and spacious and beautifully decorated in authentic old furniture. It felt like going back in time.
Cons: the room can be a bit noisy but this did not bother us. There is no lift, again not much of a problem for us because we only had small hand luggages.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect for seeing all the sights. I can't believe how much was within walking distance. The room itself was stunning, so much space and just gorgeous 😍
Cons: Absolutely nothing it couldn't have been better.

Pros: Verry good placement, near Navona Place. The room was large, antique style, with beautyfull decoration, with a large bed and a sofa.
Cons: Check in was delayed. The booked condition was not respected. The host asked me more money that I deal with booking. She was not cooperative and send me a lot of unproper messages during our short stay. In the first nigh was cold and not so clean. Second night was clean and warm.

Big traditional room just off Piazza Navona: great stay.
Pros: An amazing spot, right by Piazza Navona, so within 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon, 20 of St Peter’s or Trastevere. Big room with typical antique furniture. Had a problem with hot water, which staff responded to very quickly and had sorted: so very helpful.
Cons: It was all good

Pros: The property is very near to all the tourist attractions. We only took a walk to every attractions that we went to.
Cons: There’s a problem with the wifi when we stayed so we just use our phone’s data.

Lots of character and charm, great central location, good value for money for the Centro Storico
Pros: Great location: a short walk from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori etc. A beautiful old building right next to the Museo Barracco. Staff were great: very helpful and friendly. Good value for money for the area. Breakfast isn't included but there are tea and coffee-making facilities in the room and right across the road is a fantastic pastry shop which we can highly recommend!
Cons: The only thing I'd say is that, like most places in the Centro Storico, it's super noisy at night (and early in the morning!) so you should bring earplugs.

Great value accommodation in a great location.
Pros: The Room was clean , had a fridge with complimentary water. It was nicely decorated. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly with good level of communication prior to check in .
Cons: Didn't like the pillows , one was really lumpy. Spent five minutes trying unsuccessfully to get tv working , not a big deal as only wanted it for background noise. I didn't like the WiFi log in , involving a sign up I'm not sure I wanted. Android phone connected but Apple iPad wouldn't connect as it said it was an unsecure connection to server. Also wasn't a big deal as could use data roaming on phone. First night hardly slept , very noisy outside. I'd imagine in the centre of Rome most accommodation would have similar noise levels unless your staying upmarket hotel with sound insulation. On second night on realising there are wooden boards to close over window which dampened the noise from outside. This might be an issue if your sensitive to noise. Overall it wouldn't stop me returning.

Superb location! Enjoy Rome!
Pros: This place is all about its superb location. It is located literally 50m from de Fiori square (and market) and very central to all you would want to see in central Rome. It's 20m walk to the Vatican on one side and less than that to the Colosseum on the other. No place in central Rome is actually quiet at night, but this one is on an alley that somewhat mitigates that. This is important as these old houses have no sound proofing so you hear everything outside. The room was clean, and cleaned every second day. No complaints. We had a separate bathroom (we knew this in advance), but that was no problem at all. The bathroom was private, roomy and again - clean. One important plus to this place is the manager - Guido - he is exceptional. Italians in general and Romans in particular, can be very friendly but not so efficient. Guido is both. Any problem or issue you have he will do his best to address and his best is pretty good. Listen to his recommendations about places to eat.
Cons: This is an old building and sound proofing is, as said, poor. The location somewhat mitigates that. The access to the apartments is up steps which are not suitable for anyone with handicap.
