Everything we hoped for!

Pros: Amazing location, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Really nice and helpful staff and a really comfy and clean room.

Cons: No faults.

Perfect

Pros: After a long flight from Australia, it was lovely to step inside this little cocoon of comfort. Mason was a fabulous host and provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and conformable, and the bed was great

Fantastic, relaxing short stay.

Pros: The rooms are in the centre of everything and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Breakfasts are served at a small cafe 50m away and are lovely. The entrance is very circumspect, so you don't obviously look like a tourist when you open the door. The staff in the ground floor hotel bar next door are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfy and clean and they make a fantastic place to stay for a city break.

Good stay ,friendly & helpful

Pros: The location was good ,5 min walk from piazza navona . Paula & Salvatore are very kind & helpful. They come personally to meet & greet their guests ,which is very rare , they brought bottle of wine & had a chat with us ,heads up on the places to visit . The apartment is right in the middle of restaurants & is very lively,we loved that . The breakfast at the downstairs cafe is good ,croissants were so good that we miss them ,piping hot & crispy. Will recommend this place to our friends & acquaintances. Enjoyed our stay 😁.

Cons: No place to dry clothes,not even the basics. Hmmmm.

Pros: The location was the best. On piazza navona, close to everything by walking. The room was quite spacious. We got a basket full of goodies with extra holiday cheer (since it's Christmas). The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was at a café near the room. It consists of croissants, coffee of your choice, and orange juice. It doesn't sound like much, but it was surprisingly great.

Cons: There are two main issues with the room. First, the bed in the room we stayed in was soft (the kind that you sink into), so it caused some pain in the mornings. Second, there was no soundproofing (from outside or the other rooms). It should be fine if you are a heavy sleeper. I will also mention that there are a lot of steps to get to the room, so be aware if you have trouble with that.

It was a fantastic overall experience.

Pros: The location right in the heart of the city was excellent. The room was well heated and the bed was very comfortable. Very good bathroom facilities. The host kindly allowed us to store luggage for a few hours on the last day.

Cons: The spiral staircase would be difficult for anybody with a disability. Soundproofing of the room could be better.

Tiny room and high price

Pros: The location is very central and the jacuzzi was great. The room was very clean and the staff extremely nice

Cons: The room is very small (we stayed in the annex), and did not have proper toiletries - what was left, especially in the shower, was almost done. Overall the price is quite high for a such a tiny room

Pros: Location was perfect, virtually everything within easy walking distance. Hosts very friendly and went out of their way to be super helpful.

Cons: Not a problem for us, but access only by stairs so could be an issue if you have poor mobility.

Pros: Perfect location, no traffic, short walking distance to major attractions. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good bed, shower, jacuzzi, very nice to have a stocked kitchenette to prepare food, fridge, microwave, 2 induction plates.

Best location in Rome for tourists

Pros: The best location in Rome for easily seeing many wonderful sites on foot, restaurants in a cute neighborhood right outside your door, really nice staff and great communication, really above and beyond service. Must reiterate what others have pointed out, this is a 3 story walk up a narrow circular stair, so not for elders, people with small children or heavy packers.
