Eitch Borromini Palazzo Pamphilj

Pros: We had booked transportation to and from the airport. It worked perfectly, communication with the hotel and driver was smooth. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were larger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, clean, only the bathroom door did not secure privacy. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of vegetables and fruit, savory and sweet options, appropriate for the size of the hotel. The breakfast room was beautiful with a nice view. The rooftop terrace also has a beautiful view, I recommend going there for a drink. The location was absolutely ideal for us, everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Because of this, it was quite noisy outside late at night, but that was to be expected.

Absolutely worth it.

Pros: The location was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. I would go back. The roof terrace is a really special place to go with amazing views so don't miss it. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Cons: I was hoping my room would look out onto the piazza as the photographs suggested but I faced a courtyard internally. However, the room was nice and quiet.

Would love to stay again

Pros: Can't fault Eitch. We took a standard double room for our minimoon. It was a very spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. We slept very well. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh food on the buffet. Staff were so friendly. The security on the door were very helpful and attentive. We loved the rooftop bar. A perfect location in a beautiful building. Thank you Eitch for making our minimoon special.

Great hotel, Great location, Great service, couldn’t have asked for more!

Pros: The room was a lovely size, really clean and had a modern but classic style. Bed was really comfy overall the room was faultless. Amazing location just on the piazza navona.

Cons: The breakfast was limited however it was nice and fresh. But this may be due to visiting during the off season i’m not sure.

Pros: Fantastic location. Close to the Piazza Novona and easy walk to the Pantheon. Heaps of restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is lovely. Very nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Rome. Highly recommended.

Impeccable place to stay in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Absolutely adored my stay here! The hotel is right behind Piazza Navona - amazing location - you can walk everywhere from there. The staff were INCREDIBLE! Helped with our luggage, restaurant bookings, researching pools we could go to, booking taxis - cannot stress enough how wonderful they were. The room was gorgeous, comfy big bed, beautiful view from the window which you can open (same in the bathroom), very clean, the bathroom amenities are by Guerlain - so just gorgeous. There is also an amazing rooftop bar with a stunning view of the city. It happened to be on my list of rooftop bars I wanted to check out and didn't realise it was in the hotel! Would stay here again and again!

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about this property! Highly recommend.

Pros: we were totally surprised by an upgrade that we were given ,The upgrade was an unbelievable experience and we are really grateful for the stunning accomodation,spacious beautifully decorated and really spectacular .Thank you to Cristo and the team !The historical side of this amazing venue was also so special.The location of the hotel is the best ,close to nearly everything !

Pros: breakfast is very basic nothin fantastic. we stay at this hotel when we go to rome its nice , clean room , staff is friendly, the roof top bar is a plus overlooking piazza navona. highly recommended

Pros: The history and the courtyard were very interesting. The outside seating was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is on the terrace on the 4th floor with beautiful views of historic Rome scenes.

Cons: Our suite had a series of stairs to the shower which made it difficult for me as I am mobility impaired. There is also a huge oil jar with scented reeds that gave me an instant headache which we moved outside the room.
