Palazzo De Cupis - Suites and View

really nice place to stay in the heart of Rome, walking distance from all major tourist attractions and restaurants/

Pros: lovely room with incredible view over piazza navona. complimentary tea and coffee+ soft drinks/water in the mini bar were a nice touch. Staff were really helpful and accommodating even with us arriving outwith reception hours.

Cons: no iron in the room but not a major issue for us as we made do without.

Excellent stay, great location with really helpful staff

Pros: Fantastic hotel and the location was amazing - highly recommend a room with the balcony to watch the world go by on the room - although it overlooks the plaza, the doors really do block out the sound. The staff were really helpful and would definitely recommend and return

Pros: Comfy room overlooking Piazza Navona. Mini bar provided. Great location for seeing the sights. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby.

Cons: Could do with a mirror in the room for when the shower's being used but not a massive issue.

The perfect stay in the perfect location!

Pros: The staff on arrival were warm, friendly and so very helpful, communication before and during our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful with the most amazing view, waking up to it was a thrill every morning. Comfortable bed, well appointed room and we appreciated the free soft drinks and coffee facility in the room. The location was amazing, and you were at the major sites within minutes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Pros: In fantastic area, very vibrant ! Amazing property with everything you could need. Our host (sorry I’ve forgotten his name was lovely)

Cons: The only thing was that we didn’t have hot water for our morning shower but didn’t mention this as had to leave to catch our flight.

Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Pros: Excellent location and very convenient. Staffs are very very helpful and super efficient.

Cons: If there is a ramp or lift for large suitcase I stead of using the staircase, it will be helpful. We are fortunate that the staffs help us with our bags, otherwise, we wouldn’t have made it to the reception level.

Mateo and Andrea were BRILLIANT!! The room, hotel, location is FABULOUS!! We loved it!!!

Pros: Everything. Room. Building. Location. Staff. All were excellent and without fault. The view from the room balcony onto Piazza Navona was superb. We sat out till late and early morning had breakfast on the balcony, looking out on the busy but calm life of the Piazza. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and in between two charming restaurants. Even though it is brilliantly located it wasn't noisy and we got a great nights sleep, in a very comfy bed, in a very spacious and lovely room. Andrea and Mateo assisted us with a late check-in, information, and looking after our luggage when we explored the city. We stayed in Rm 123. What a view!! Space and comfort. We will without doubt stay here again. Wonderful!!!

An amazing experience at Palazzo de Cupis

Pros: The room was comfortable, and very beautiful inside. The balcony opened up onto Piazza Navona which was so nice to look out on during the day or night, the view of the fountain was great as well as the soothing sound of the water. Andrea provided outstanding service, providing helpful tips for everything from food to locations of pharmacies. He helped us with getting an iron for our clothes and a power adapter for the wall. He printed out our train tickets and when one of our trains were rescheduled he said we could message him later even after our stay to help us with the Italian customer service. I cannot say enough good things about him, he was friendly and just a great guy. Valentina was also a helpful member of the staff although we didn't have as much interaction with her. This place is truly special and we would reccomend to everyone.

Cons: Breakfast was only okay, would have preferred more options.

Pros: The staff are incredibly helpful and lovely. We had a delayed flight which really messed around the check in process for the staff but they so kindly didn’t hesitate to work around us. They were always so quick to respond and offer assistance with luggage, any questions we had etc. Such a great location, couldn’t have stayed in a better spot.

Cons: With some maintenance attended to, this property would be superb. Unfortunately, we had towels and bedding with holes in them. Given we had been a bit of a nuisance with our arrival, we didn’t want to bother anyone with complaints, but for the price, we would have expected nicer linens. With the arched ceiling in the shower, the mould is at eye level, an easy fix but would make the world of difference. Pillows are really hard!

Relaxing, memorable and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating, the location was excellent, close to many points of interest, local eateries and the view of Piazza Navona from the balcony makes you feel like a local.

Cons: Nothing to comment about.
