Definitely recommend this stay, comfortable and excellent to all key tourist attractions

Pros: Rufo, the reception staff, went above and beyond with breakfast selections and printing needs. Relatively modern and clean quest house.

Cons: Check-in could be smoother. Smart TV modernisation and wifi a little slow. Tea and coffee facilities as an option would be great. Laundry facilities would have been helpful.

Pros: Location, good level off security when entering and exiting the guesthouse. Excellent host and room facilities and breakfast.

Pros: The location was great - everything reachable with foot. Breakfast was good depending on the staff member that brought it. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: The room wasn’t as clean somedays - bathroom was very clean however.

Beautiful Rome

Pros: Beautiful place very convenient all restaurants and market are around you. Service was extremely good specially Rufus who attended to all our needs.

Great hotel in great location

Pros: Great location, lovely size of room and bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast delivered to room by staff.

Cons: A higher up shower hose position would have been good to avoid hair getting wet.

Cons: Not the fault of property but people would not close the lift door properly and then it would not operate. When I made the booking I was informed of this as I have problems with stairs. It was very good of them to let me know this might be an issue when I informed them of my mobility issues
