Recommended - 3mins from the Colosseum
Pros: Big and spacious and well equipped. Great location - 3mins from the Colosseum, close to the bus stops.
Cons: Nothing... would have liked to stay there much longer. :)

It was perfect!
Pros: Location, service, and cleanliness — everything was perfect! From the balcony we had an amazing view of the Colosseum, and on the rooftop there was a private space just for us. You couldn’t imagine anything better for a family stay!

Pros: Great place to stay! Spacious, stylish, and fully equipped. There’s a supermarket, metro, bus stops, and good restaurants nearby — super convenient. It’s really close to the Colosseum. Since it’s hard to book the top and underground tours at the same time, staying here made it easy for our family to visit at different times. While some of us were out for the tour, the others could relax comfortably at the apartment instead of waiting around in the hot sun. We didn’t have to rush through the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill all in one day — we just took our time and explored in the cooler morning or evening. So glad we picked this place. Big thanks to the staff! When we had trouble with the washing machine, someone came to help right away. They also stored our luggage, which was perfect since we arrived at 8 a.m. We could grab a coffee and start exploring with no worries. Awesome service!
Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: Quality vintage/retro design in a new renovation - lots of light but high brick ceilings kept it cool too. Everything works ! Bed is comfortable. Nice gift bottle of wine and tea collection as well as basic cookware, condiments, etc. Quiet. Historic neighborhood right behind colosseum with just the right amount of bistros and cafes ! Felt safe.
Cons: What’s not to like ?

Totally tecommendable, we would stay there again if we would visit rome again in the future.
Pros: The location of the flat is really great. Close to the colloseum, public transport and there are a bunch of nice restaurants and cafe’s nearby as well. It’s not too noisy and too crowded with tourists. And the whinebottle as a gift from the owner is a really nice idea, thanks a lot Frederico!
Cons: Nothing to complain about! It was a little smaller than it appeared on the pictures, but perfectly fine for two people.

Pros: Had a really late checkin which was handled by Wesley. Really friendly and helpful. Gave us a few tips both during checkin and the day after when we visited their office (bag drops). The apartment was great for a family of 4. Our boys had 1 double bed and me and my wife the other one. There was also an option for an extra bed sofa. Small kitchen but with lots of accessories (enough for us). The aircondition was really nice too. Great place where we could sit outside for breakfast or the evening. Very happy with the location of the apartment too. We walked most of the time as everything was quite close. Of course we used taxi too but was not always necessary.
Cons: I think that the fan in the bathroom needs to be looked upon as it tend to stutter quite loudly when the door was closed. Not a big thing but a little annoying. Easily ignored by using the fan after the shower and opened the door.
