Nice apartment with a great location and host

Pros: Location is great. Apartment with everything we need. Host very helpful, giving tips and organising transfers. Cleaning need some improvements.

Cons: Kitchen and bathrooms cleaning needs improvement.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

Pros: Great apartment in the city center. Three-room apartment with a large balcony. Close to shops, the Colosseum, and food spots. The owner is a wonderful lady — she helped us book a large taxi at a good price. Possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. Highly recommended

It s a fairly good stay, it would have been perfect if above points were taken care of(cleanless)

Pros: Very good location, next to Colosseum, restaurants on a quiet street, large appartment

Cons: Cover sheets for bed were dirty...and no hot water, no water pressure

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

Pros: I stayed here with friends, and it was great—spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The biggest advantage is the location—just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum, with all other attractions easily accessible. Especially, the host was amazing—she gave us great recommendations and was very accommodating with everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Really pleasant stay at a perfect location

Pros: The host, Tiziana, is charming and very helpful. The location couldn’t be better, it’s just a few minutes walk from the magnificent Colloseum. The apartment is very spacious and could easily fit several more people (it was just four of us). Beds are comfy, there are more than enough pillows, sheets, etc. Kitchen has all necessary appliances, there’s a dishwasher and washing machine if you need it for a longer stay.

Cons: Only a few minor things: 1) it wasn’t really clear how the heating system and the water boiler works - it seems to be turned on at all times, but sometimes you’d need to wait for 15 minutes before the water in the shower turns hot, or at random times the radiators turned off for a few hours- but it wasn’t that big of an issue, overall the apartment is warm and cozy. 2) very minor- looks like it’s time to re-sharpen all knives ;)

Great for a large group & centrally located

Pros: The apartment is located just a couple of blocks from the coliseum and a short walk from all the main touristic attractions. There are a couple of small markets nearby, one of which is open 24/7. And there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy, the apartment is quiet, the radiators heat the whole apartment evenly in the winter, so you can rest nicely. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The apartment needs better cleaning and maintenance. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

Pros: Superbe appartement bien placé proche de tout. La responsable de l'appartement est très sympa et serviable Que des bons moments dans cette magnifique ville.

Pros: La atención y disponibilidad de nuestra anfitriona, un amor. Preocupada por nosotros hasta el más mínimo detalle. El piso perfecto, espacioso, limpio, con varios extras que cuando uno llega tarde se valoran. La ubicación sin duda perfecta.

Cons: Todo bien.

Pros: Excelente localização, deu pra viver a atmosfera do Coliseu no cotidiano, tomar café, almoçar ou jantar em volta e explorar o entorno, que é encantador.

Maravillora estancia en Roma!!!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento es amplio y confortable, viajamos en diciembre y se estaba muy calentito. Las camas muy cómodas. Una amplia cocina con lo imprescindible.

Cons: Por poner una pega, la vitrocerámica es de inducción, fantástica, pero faltan sartenes para poder cocinar en ella de forma adecuada.
