Best location - quick walk to all the major must see attractions, lovely restaurants where we were the only non locals.

Pros: Excellent location that allowed 10 - 15 minutes to all the major attractions like the colloseum, Trevi fountain, Vatican, Spanish steps, palazzo Navona , Pantheon etc. we loved the rooftop table for pre dinner drinks & nibbles too!

Cons: I must have set the smoke alarm off every 5 minutes when trying to cook in the kitchen - it’s a well stocked kitchen but unless you open every window & patio door the alarm will beep. Tip for those travelling with big suitcases - the room is on the 4th floor & no elevator

Lovely apartment in central location with good facilities.

Pros: The location was perfect for what we wanted and the accommodation was lovely. The check in time was a little later than ideal and check out time too early (10am). We had a little issue with the sofabed having no linen but that was resolved, after some back and forth regarding paying for it to be delivered due to us not asking them earlier (we asked at 4pm-entry allowed at 3.30pm!)

Cons: The late check in and early check out time. Not clear where bedding for sofabed was.

Pros: In the taxi from the airport to the apartment, the driver was a funny and chatting little old man. He said: We live in a great location, which is the heart of Rome. The facts show that what he said was very accurate. The location of the apartment is excellent! The room is well maintained, the environment is quiet, very comfortable, and there is a very convenient balcony. There is a very, very delicious restaurant very close downstairs, where local people eat. Entering the stairs of the apartment is a relatively complicated task, especially for people with limited mobility. There is no washing machine. The laundry downstairs is not self-service.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—close to everything I needed, making it super convenient to explore the area. The house itself is beautifully equipped, with everything thoughtfully provided to make the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The highlight for me was the stunning terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional, with quick and friendly responses that made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Pros: We loved the charm of this place. We brought two adult children and they were very comfortable. The place was spacious, nicely decorated and had had a lovely patio. The location was great.

Cons: We liked everything about this place.

Good stay

Pros: Small sized but great beds, bathrooms, manager, and LOCATION. Only difficulty was figuring out and working the door lock.

We enjoyed this beautiful apartment. After resolving a few issues it was like home.

Pros: The apartment exceeded the visuals on the website. It is lovely and comfortable, and incredibly central. This is an ideal Roman retreat and, while initially a bit labor intensive, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unique and beautifully appointed property. It’s a hidden gem.

Cons: It took us a few days to sort out issues to fix. Some of these could have been avoided by management company oversight before our arrival: broken freezer door; broken water kettle (they replaced it); and a broken washing machine, which, when we rented, was listed. Fortunately, there is a great, but somewhat expensive, laundry next door. We imagine that the things we faced have since been resolved by the very nice and responsive property manager and staff. The stairs, mentioned by others in reviews, are steep and getting heavy suitcases to the top of was a bit challenging.

Pros: Apartment is very comfortable and lovely. Terrace is gorgeous, AC is pretty powerful (there was a heatwave). Location is fantastic.

Cons: Entry and instructions should be more streamlined. Instructions were spread over email and whatsapp, making them difficult to follow. Entry procedure was a bit complex, and instructions were verbose but incorrect (video said to turn lock once to the right, in reality it was twice to the left, also instructions said to push lock button before and after code, but really only once was required and the other option kills the whole process). Washing machine worked inconsistently: failed in the middle of the run, had to be constantly rebooted and Fortunately hosts were very responsive by whatsapp. You must walk 20 minutes to dispose Trash at a community center, and the hours are unclear. I am mostly saying this not to complain but to help other travelers have a smoother experience.
