Historic Center - Navona Luxe Haven - Elevator

A truly exceptional stay — perfect location, perfect comfort, and perfect hospitality.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Rome, just steps from Piazza Navona and the Vatican. The beds were very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the air conditioning was excellent during the hot summer days. Check-in was smooth, and the host was exceptional - kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave! We can truly say that this was an exceptional holiday, mostly thanks to this exceptional place.

Cons: Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Great stay in Rome, a couple of small issues but I’d recommend this apartment

Pros: The apartment is more spacious than the photos show, and was generally very comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen facilities were minimal but sufficient and we enjoyed having the coffee maker. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, and the bathroom had a decent shower. The air conditioning worked well, which was good as Rome was hitting the high 30s when we were there, although one of the units would occasionally make a loud rumbling noise for a few seconds which woke me up during the night. Arrival was very easy as Damiano picked us up at the airport and handed us the keys at the apartment. The airport pickup was €5 more than the official fixed price taxi but made the check in process smooth.

Cons: Although the apartment is advertised as sound-proofed, there was still noise from the busy main road that runs along the river as there are no other buildings between it and the apartment to block out the sound. Good ear plugs are advised and after a couple of nights we got used to it. On two days there was banging from the apartment above that sounded like construction work: one day during the day which is normal, but another day at 6:45 in the morning which is unacceptable. Hopefully a temporary situation but if the building policy is no noise between 10pm and 8am then all residents should respect that. Also, the floors weren’t particularly clean; as it’s all old stone it hides the dirt but when I went to wipe a drop of water spilt in the kitchen, the paper towel came up dirty. Please could the cleaners mop the floors more thoroughly.

We had amazing time in Rome. Apartment is the right choice. It is worth the money.

Pros: Super location of this apartment, close to many attractions, like a 20 minutes walk, Vatican, 10 minutes to the high street with all brands.

Cons: Clean, nice interior. Very quiet place.

Todo perfecto

Pros: Esta bien equipado, bien situado y muy limpio. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento con nosotros.

Cons: Nada

Séjour dépaysant au cœur de Rome .

Pros: Sa localisation ( quartier historique) Sa superficie . Son équipement.

Pros: Posizione davvero strategica: tutti i quartieri principali di Roma erano facilmente raggiungibili a piedi! Ascensore piccolino, ma utile. Appartamento davvero spazioso, colorato, luminoso e pulito. Cucina accessoriata. Letti molto comodi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Cons: Avevo prenotato per quattro adulti, e contavamo di usare anche il divano letto (non essendo due coppie). Ma non era stato preparato. Consiglio di richiederlo in maniera esplicita in caso si voglia utilizzare: i proprietari/gestori sono davvero disponibili e gentili e accoglieranno la richiesta.

Coqueto y perfecto para conocer Roma

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. A 5 minutos del Vaticano y a 30 del Coliseo. Y todo lo demás estás más o menos cerca.

Cons: Un poco de ruido ya que está al lado de una general que transcurre al lado del Tiver.

Close to all major attractions

Pros: It was very close to everything to see in Rome. 30-35 min walk at the most. Close to buss stop. 5-6 min away from Spanish steps! Very convenient bus stop near. Very close by grocery store as well.

Cons: With being in the city as big and as old as this there will be some negative things as well but would not make me not go back. The noise from the streets was very loud even at night! Every time an emergency vehicle passes by it’s like next to me. Very old elevator! I feel like one person with one luggage barely can fit in, but we made it work. You can tell the building has its old charm. But overall we liked it

Pros: Apartmanın konumu çok güzeldi her yere yürüyerek gittik. Hemen önünde otobüs durağı mevcut. Ev klima ile ısı soğuyor. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev genel olarak temizdi ve güzel dekore edilmişti. Yoğun bir caddenin hemen üzerinde fakat herhangi bir ses sorunu yaşamadık. Bir çok mutfak eşyası mevcuttu. Ev sahibi de ilgiliydi.

Cons: Suyu sıcağa aldığınız zaman çok yavaş akmaya başlıyordu. Evdeki tek sorun buydu.

Excelente estadía en Roma.

Pros: Excelente ubicación! Excelente atención del anfitrión. Departamento amplio, luminoso y muy bien ubicado
