Coral flat Colosseo

Pros: Everything was amazing! Super clean, in an awesome location, all the main sights were within a 30-minute walk, and there were metro and bus stops right around the corner. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and she was so understanding when we asked for a late check-out because our flight was later. Really made the whole stay even better!

Very good overall

Pros: Very spacious and clean/tidy studio flat. Problems people complained about the facilities are no more. Everything worked very well. I had no problem using any of the facilities. Extremely safe with three doors before you enter the flat. Being able to cook was a plus. The water pressure was excellent. Location was of course excellent. Big window for ventilation. Very responsive host.

Cons: The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the bedding, however, I also appreciate this is a Rome thing. I go to Rome for work regularly. It's very rare when I stayed in a place and had 'normal' duvet. Most of the time it's a sheet sandwich or a sheet topped by a blanket as my duvet, unfortunately. Other than that, the window is more for ventilation than for natural light. However, lighting in the flat makes up for that.

A perfect spot for a short stay in Rome.

Pros: The location is unbeatable. Restaurants and bars nearby. Bus stops and the metro as well. And of course the colloseum. All within 2 minutes of the flat.

Pros: The location was perfect, really close to the Colosseum..I mean like 5 minutes of walk. It was wonderful

Pros: The flat is placed in an excellent localisation, in the near of very good restaurants, very close to the Colosseum and other tourist attractions, but despite that the flat itself was very quiet and comfortable. There are appliances such as a microwave, a fridge, a hair dryer and a small coffee machine.

Cons: The room is very dark. We had to turn the lights on in the middle of the day. Fortunately, we would usually spend the daytime out so it didn't bother us that much.

Pros: We found everything what we needed for the stay. Great small clean flat.

Cons: Almost no day light. There is one window with view to the wall.

Pros: Location, location, location!! Literally a two minute walk away from the Colosseum, cafés and restaurants are opposite but yet so quiet! Wonderfully appointed apartment with security ( three doors to access and the last is a dead lock) Along with a heat pump for heating and cooling. Francesca is the most attentive host you could ask for.

Cons: I had to leave. People are are critical of the view from the window. Get a life, your in Rome

Nice and comfortable for a short stay

Pros: Nice and comfortable for 1 person, the bed is comfy, perfect communication with the host, easy self check in and out, coffee, tea facilities in the room.

Cons: It was a bit cold for me at this time of the year with no heating. The window is small and obstructed by the opposite building and some kind of window bars, so there is no view and very little natural light.

We loved our stay and Francesca was a lovely host, we will be back! 😌

Pros: The room was perfect sized for us, it had all the things you’d need! The little kitchen area was handy too and the room was very clean! Francesca is such a lovely lady also! We really enjoyed our stay and the area the room is is just a short walk away from the colosseum, there’s a bunch of bars and places to eat close by too!
