Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. After my check-out, I accidentally left money in the room safe. The team reacted immediately, verified everything transparently via video call, and returned the money promptly. Many thanks for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service. Good apartment in a fantastic location.

Pros: The location is fantastic - easy walking distance to the colosseum and to public transport links. Also lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of small shops to buy essentials from. The apartment is comfortable and much more spacious than a hotel room. There’s a lift available to take you up to the apartment floor, which was helpful with luggage. It was also a nice touch that a transfer was provided to the airport as we were staying 5 nights.

Cons: The kitchen was missing basics - no forks, only 2 glasses and 2 plastic cups, only 2 plastic bowls. The adapter for the kettle in the kitchen didn’t work so needed to be plugged into the living room. There were quite a few ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, even being on the 2nd floor. Only one bathroom had a useable shower as there is no shower curtain in the other bathroom, which was inconvenient with a family of four. The walls are also quite thin so the sound from the apartments on either side can be clearly heard.

Pros: I liked the location to the colosseum. The apartment was nice and clean and tidy and it was ideal that we could drop off our bags before exploring Rome. I had lots of good communication before arriving and was updated often. Great customer service and a lovely stay in Rome.

Cons: It was unfortunate the cafe next door was always closed, but that wasn't anything to do with the company. Otherwise no negatives.

Cute apartment in a great location and very close to the Colosseum

Pros: The staff were very helpful and responsive. The location was fantastic- we stepped out of the door and the Colosseum was right across the street! The bedroom and lofts were cute and living cum dining room was comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned. The secret garden was a lovely surprise!

Pros: Comfortable apartment in a very good location. There is everything you need, beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The metro is relatively close.
