A great stay to see in new year

Pros: Small, cozy home central to everything and a stone throw away from the Coliseum. A large variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely private courtyard garden which we were able to enjoy even though it was winter. Loved all the parakeets in the tree!

Cons: It is a bit small for 4 adults and a small child but not a major issue if only using for sleeping.

Pros: The apartment's modern design and ideal location near the Colosseum were exceptional; the garden provided a delightful setting for evening drinks. We highly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including slippers, water, juice, tea, coffee, biscuits, and buns. The air conditioning in each room was excellent. The rooms exceeded expectations, surpassing the online photos. While the sofa bed's use for our group of five reduced living room space, it did not detract from our overall positive experience. The restaurant at the bottom of the street was exeptional and we ate there a few times. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Location was perfect for walking everywhere. The bed was comfortable.

Clean property with amazing location and very friendly host.

Pros: Amazing location, minutes away from the Coliseo and within walking distance from the centre and a lot to f attractions. A lot of good places to eat and have coffee. The host was very friendly and provided a lot of useful information.

Cons: The property is on two levels and there is a spiral staircase that could be challenging for children and older people, because the bathroom is downstairs.

Excellent apartment!

Pros: We stayed in a small apartment and it looked just like the pictures. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, coffee maker, they even left us toast, jam, euro cream, juices, water. Internet was good, TV with Netflix. And the best thing is that the apartment is only 200m from the Colosseum! We recommend it to everyone!
