If you don’t mind using not always reliable Rome bus transport, this is very nice place to stay and explore Rome.
Pros: Location, it is in the beautiful area. It is very comfortable with big bathroom and nice terrace. It has all one can need for a short stay. Few good grocery stores and bakeries are nearby (5-15min walk).
Cons: Directions for keys are quite complicated and surely can be more clear with few additional photos, e.g, photo of the first key box

Pros: Excellent communication with the owner, great instructions for check in and check out. Quiet location, very clean and quiet house. Close to the train station. Perfectly clean appartment, firm mattress, great coffee, free toiletries. It was great!
Cons: The only thing missing from being completely perfect was larger tea mugs 😉

Highly recommend it
Pros: The host was great. Easy fast check in and the room had everything we needed. Great little kitchenette as well equipped with everything for a good breakfast. Conad supermarket just around the corner so we bought what we needed for breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Good pizza as well at chiodofisso lab up the street next to pharmacy. Highly recommend this b&b

Pros: Serena was so helpful throughout the stay! The terrace is beautiful! It is a 20 minute walk to the metro to get into the city centre. There are croissants provided for breakfast which was yummy.
Cons: Nothing- everything was amazing!

Pros: Hi everyone! We rented an apartment from July 21st to 28th, with shops and necessary transport links within walking distance, the surrounding area is clean, the neighbors are calm and friendly, and the manager is very helpful and decent. She always engaged in conversation with us and answered our questions! The apartment is located on the 5th floor and includes: - a large comfortable bed, - a small kitchen area with necessary utensils and appliances, - wi-fi/tv - toilet and shower, - private terrace, - washing machines outside the room (for an additional fee), Everything stated in the profile description and photos is true!

Ottima la zona, molto ben organizzata la stanza, personale disponibilissimo.
Pros: La struttura è in posizione strategica, all’interno di un palazzo signorile dotato di ascensore. Ottimo specialmente se si lavora in zona Balduina: 1,5 minuti dalla fermata della stazione. La cucina all’interno dell’appartamento era molto bene fornita di pentole, piatti, bicchieri e materiale di pulizia per le stoviglie (cosa non scontata per esperienza). Abbiamo avuto indicazioni molto, e specifico molto, chiare su come entrare in struttura autonomamente. Ci è stato concesso di entrare nella stanza anche prima dell’orario previsto per il check in, cosa che ci ha semplificato tanto la giornata. La signora disponibilissima alla quale ho chiesto qualche capsula in più per la macchinetta del caffè e sono stato accontentato immediatamente. Intorno la zona è ben servita. Parecchi supermercati, pizzerie e fast food del raggio di 200m.
Cons: Unica nota che mi sento di definire negativa (ma non é responsabilità della struttura) è che se siete auto muniti potreste ritrovarvi a girare un po per trovare un parcheggio specialmente nelle ore di rientro da lavoro.

Pros: Posto molto silenzioso, soprattutto la notte; perfetto per riposarsi bene. Ottimo il letto. Camera e bagni molto spaziosi e di ottima qualità. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona ben collegata grazie ai mezzi pubblici Personale gentile e professionale.
