Pros: Spotless throughout . Receptionist is lovely, communication fantastic, answered all my questions promptly through text before I arrived and she was knowledgeable on the area and travel routes. I felt very safe staying here with my son. Perfect location close to buses and restaurants, shops, bars. Will definitely visit again !

Absolutely amazing

Pros: Alessia was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was very clean, and the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants around. Overall, it was an exceptional experience! She was helpful and went out of her way to help us even if she is on off. Happy! Glad we chose Gardenia Suite!💋🌹🌹

Cons: Taxi is scarce even using the App. Unfortunately there was like a “carpentry” banging on top of our room while we are still in bed on our last day.

Perfect small hotel

Pros: Very good location, walk distance to centre, room good size with everything what just need for stay..provided with a tea and coffee, sugar ,milk...clean pure water.. Staff are amazing..friendly and helpful...highly recommend for stay in the Roma

Good experience

Pros: We had a very comfortable and quiet stay for 2 nights at Gardenia. The location is good, within walking distance to Ottaviano metro station and other bus stations, near the Court of Appeal and the Vatican. There are stores, restaurants, and three gelaterias in the immediate vicinity. The host knew English very well and was very friendly and helpful. We did the online check-in and received our room quickly. There are a total of 5 rooms from what we saw, located in a classic Italian building, so if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this will suit you. As for the room, everything worked: mini-fridge, smart TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, kettle, automatic blinds, lights, and safe. The bed was firm and comfortable, and cleaning is done daily. Overall, a nice experience in a good location, nothing to complain about. Looking forward to coming back with the whole family.

Cons: If the location would be able to offer a breakfast option would be a plus) The room size if travelling in a family (even with 1 kid only) starts to be small.

Definitely would stay here again

Pros: The host is the nicest person ever. We got stuck in a traffic jam due to a strike and they sent their private taxi for us very quickly. Also they were very friendly and kind, showed us around in the suites. They're always reachable on phone or WhatsApp. The suites are very nice and clean, very stylishly furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. And it's also in a very good location, very safe, there are several good restaurants and cafés around and also a bus stop right in front of the hotel so you can easily get to the city center.
