Excellent accommodation and great value

Pros: Excellent location in a genuine non tourist area, but very close to the metro and Vatican. Spacious bedroom and shower room. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic. No juice. But if I stayed longer, I would have brought juice and cheese/ham from the very close and excellent supermarket.

Absolutely wonderful stay

Pros: The property is very cozy and lovely. We did like the concept of comman kitchen and homemade pies for breakfast, moka coffee; the decor is nice. The host was incredibly nice and helpful! One of the friendliest hosts I have met. The place is conformably located.

Cons: It is not a big con for us but the apartment consist of 2-3 seperate bedrooms with the comman area - kitchen. For us it wasn't a problem at all, but of course someone could hear when other guests were in the kitchen in the morning.

Perfect place to base for exploring Rome

Pros: Great quiet location close to great restaurants, bar/cafe across the road and walking distance to multiple public transport options (buses and metro line). Away from the crowds of Centro storico.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Coffee/tea and home baked goods were available. Together with fruit juices.

Cons: No dislikes. We were happy with everything starting from checking in and checking out.

Pros: The room was beautiful, calm and very comfortable. But beyond that, the atmosphere was so homey! I loved the central kitchen and dining room area and the breakfast.

Very satisfyied, fully recommend this place. Near to all the historical places and attractions.

Pros: I fully recommend this acommodation. The owner Marco was very lovely, kind, friendly and very helpful young man. Lady cleaner Michaela was also very helpful with warm welcome. Around the corner at Via della Giuliana is unique Popeyes Pizza little place which we loved.

Cons: Theres nothing to add…. breakfast is very simple but tasty. Could be butter in the fridge in the morning.
