Lovely host, very clean place

Pros: Marina is a very nice, friendly and laid back person. Property is very clean. Close to the Vatican. Well connected with train stations. 20 minutes walk from coach drop off ( Terravision)from Fiumicino Airport.

Very nice B&B at great location!

Pros: The B&B was at a very nice location and it was easy to travel to the other parts of Rome. Marina is a very welcoming, and loving host. She made sure that we had everything we need and at the last day she was very attentive arranging a taxi for us because public transport was on a strike. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with airconditioning and private bathroom.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard. For the rest everything was perfect.

Great

Pros: Everything was great, room was very clean, spacious. Marina was super kind and helpful. Accomodation is just 10 minutes walking from Vatican. There were also umbrellas to borrow, which came super handy, as I didnt have my own and it was raining a lot during my stay in Rome. Breakfast was smaller but tasty. I recommend this accomodation :)

Cons: My room was oriented to the street which sometimes got too loud and noisy at night or early morning. If you are sensitive to this, it is good to have earplugs with you :)

Great stay!

Pros: Marina was helpful, a great host, the room was beautiful, big, very comfortable, immaculate with all amenities. The location was stunning, walking distance to the Vatican City and Metro to go around.

Time of our life

Pros: The location was amazing, very close to multiple forms of public transport and the Vatican City. Our host was kind and gave us great suggestions on local restaurants (which we loved) and was very helpful and friendly in general. 10/10 on this B&B and is going to be where we stay every time we visit Rome

A great find!

Pros: Great location for the Vatican, 10min walk down. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. It's basic, but all we needed was a clean and comfortable place to stay. If you've watched Ripley on Netflix, the entrance and stairs will look really familiar, I guess a lot of Roman apartments have a similar style. The host was lovely, really welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay that side of Rome. Breakfast is in the local cafe and is a croissant with juice and coffee, perfect for what we needed. Its a lovely location to feel like you are really getting a taste of what living in Rome would be like as opposed to being in a tourist hotspot.

Cons: Nothing really we didn't like. Only a word of caution I guess, if you want to be close to the main areas in Rome it's a good walk from here. We got a Uber over to the Collusiuem, though, which was reasonably priced.

Will be staying there again!!

Pros: Everything, location is great! Place is clean, cozy and close to Vatican city. Marina, the owner is a lovely person, she helped us a lot, she booked a taxi for us, kept checking up on us if we were comfortable in the place. We would like to say a Big Thank.you to Marina for everything she did for us. We definitely reccomend her BnB to everyone going to Rome.

Pros: I liked the accommodation. I really appreciated that the owner was really responsive and supportive. The location is approx 800 m from the subway station which we used a lot. The neighborhood seems to be safe. The owner's father lives in one of the apartment rooms, but he was really nice. We didn't have any issues with him. I am mentioning this because I have seen some comments on Google Maps.
