New Luxury Rooms

Pros: The room was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Free minibar, available breakfast in the room. We really enjoyed stay here!

Pros: We really liked our accommodation. We communicated very well with Renata, our host, right from the very beginning. The room is cozy, with a spacious balcony, and we had all the amenities we needed throughout our trip: a well-equipped bathroom with an excellent shower and all the daily essentials, including a hair dryer and a hair straightener; a TV (which we only used on the first night, as the rest of the days we were far too tired to turn it on); air conditioning, a refrigerator in the room, and a coffee machine. The refrigerator was stocked with a few snacks, and we were informed from the start that they were complimentary and that we could help ourselves at any time. Whatever was consumed was quickly replaced, so we always had snacks available. Breakfast is suitable for two people, Italian-style: fruit, pastries, and sandwiches. We were able to enjoy aromatic coffee at any time of the day. Cleaning was done daily and impeccably. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here!

Cons: The room is part of a large apartment, with a shared space (where there is a coffee machine, a water dispenser, and a microwave). Unfortunately, the other guests are quite noisy when they arrive; once they are inside their rooms, things quiet down. The blinds on the windows and balcony doors are also noisy, but we got used to them—practically, we used the other guests as a kind of natural alarm clock.

Perfect for a mid week Rome

Good value but a bit far from the metro

Pros: Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, balcony, easily accessible in a calm area. Simple breakfast served with a cart with some nice pastries and delicious fruit.

Cons: For some people might be a bit too far from the metro - for us it wasn’t a problem, but it’s 10-15min walk depending on the pace. There is 5 rooms and the soundproofing is ok but not perfect, you can hear people entering the flat or when talking loudly in the room.

Pros: The New Luxury Rooms truly exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, Renata made all the difference. Warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She didn’t just meet us; she set the tone for the entire stay with care and elegance. The room itself was refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a real sense of luxury rather than excess. Every detail felt intentional. A special highlight was the breakfast cart waiting in front of the room in the morning. A simple idea executed beautifully. It felt personal, calm, and indulgent, the kind of detail that turns a good stay into a memorable one. This is hospitality done right: discreet luxury, excellent service, and people who truly care. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed very much and have got very nice experience.

Pros: The room was very clean and cosy. It ‘s located not far from the Vaticano. There are many shops, markets and restaurants near by. Every day the room was cleaned . In the morning we had breakfast - nice breakfast 🥞😊 and fresh orange juice in the afternoon.

Pros: The room was beautifully appointed, cleaned everyday, new towels and a complimentary drinks cabinet. Breakfast delivered daily to your room to eat at your leisure. We had a balcony which was a lovely way to spend an evening reminiscing on your day.

Cons: Not so much a ‘don’t like’ more some additional advice Information on how to get a taxi? We almost missed our train because we had no clue on how to do this and they will drive past unless booked. Taxi details for tourists, are a must Also, clear directions to the metro would be good. If you don’t know Rome then it’s challenging perhaps a step by step map would be useful for those of use with a poor sense of direction!
