Pros: I like the location. It took me 15 minutes to walk to where the tour of Papal Audience last Wednesday. It is 6 minutes walk from Ottaviano Metro Line A It is clean. He sends a detailed video description on how to operate the lift and which keys to use for the gate, apartment. It is also better to send written instructions as well. Dan is accommodating. He allowed me to leave my luggage after check out. Definitely recommend this B&B if you are visiting Rome and Vatican for the Jubilee.

Pros: The apartment is located right next to the Vatican, in a very central area. It’s perfect for exploring the city. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was great! The host was also very kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this place

Great location

Pros: Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. Good price quality ratio. Daniela was very friendly and gave us great recommendation for a restaurant :) Highly recommended!

Cons: The walls to the other rooms were very thin and you could hear everything. But this is to be expected in older buildings.

Hosts are really nice along with a building. Will stay in great memory, I hope i will come again.

Pros: High walls, nice envoironment, nice details in a room, those bricks are really nice looking. Whole property is nice, clean and calm, bed is pretty wide and comfortable.

Cons: Radiators were sometimes working sometimes not.. it doesnt depend on your will.. however, you can use air conditioning for warming the space

Great experience, room very comfortable in Rome

Pros: Everything was great! The location is excellent, with the Metro and bus stops right at the doorstep and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The area is nice and quiet, and everything was super clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location was great... 5 minutes to the metro stop 10 minutes to the Vatican and a lovely coffee shop directly opposite with a great lady owner who was very helpful on everything

Overall nice stay

Pros: The area was nice, the room was clean overall and the owner answered all our questions through WhatsApp. The bar across the road is ran by a lovely elderly couple and has nice breakfast.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable at all.
