Great location with amazing breakfasts

Pros: Breakfast was great! We've been traveling with a celiac and needed gluten free food which turned out not to be an issue for the staff. We also quickly discovered that there are a lot of great gluten free places around the hotel and were able to buy food and eat out. Breakfast was super tasty with fresh tasty eggs prepared to each of our likings and a selection of jogurt, bread, cakes, fruit as well as freshly brewed coffee and juices from the box. Loved the fact that the breakfasts are served on the rooftop terrace with a splendid view. The location is great, very close to subway and walking distance from Vatican. Definitely a place worth recommending and one we will choose next time we travel to Rome.

Tremendous

Pros: Me and my 2 children stayed for 3 nights last weekend. We absolutely loved it. Gianluca and his staff made the stay even more exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for us. I will be recommending this place to anyone who travels to Rome. Breakfast was tremendous. I could not fault this place one bit. Thank you to Gianluca and all of his friendly staff

Great location, amazing host, highly recommended!

Pros: The hotel is located right at the metro stop for the Vatican. To reach the Vatican on foot, you walk through a lovely shopping street. The area around the hotel is safe and pleasant. The city center can also be reached easily either with a longer walk or by metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is an elevator in the building. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. The management is wonderful, and the breakfast is good. Gianluca is an amazing host. He prepares a few nice routes on the map; even though it was not my first time in Rome, it was very helpful. Everyone is very friendly and positive. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay - would recommend 100%!

Pros: Excellent location, about 10 minutes to St.Peter’s Square and close to the Metro line. Room was clean and comfortable. Gianluca is an excellent host, so welcoming when we arrived and basically planned our two days in Rome, providing a map with detailed instructions for a very good walking route taking in all the sights. He also recommended several restaurants - we went to two of them and actually returned on a second night to one of them because it was a real local Italian restaurant with delicious food at a great price. Breakfast was very good with friendly efficient staff.

Cons: Television didn’t work but that wasn’t an issue for us and Gianluca attended to it straight away when we told him.

A fantastic hotel with a wonderful host, Gianluca, ready to assist us with any difficulties.

Pros: It was a great room in a great area, close to the center and with a direct connection to the metro right across from the accommodation.

Pros: Very nice place! Clean, good location close to the metro and close to the Vatican. Very good breakfast too, in a beautiful roof terrace greenhouse. Gianluca was super helpful. Fully recommend!

Pros: We liked all aspects of the stay. Breakfast had fast and friendly personal service to the table (not a self service buffet) which was great. Food/drink at breakfast was good and surroundings pleasant. Communal kitchen 24/7 and in room tea/coffee making was also a bonus. Very short walk to metro and a range of eateries/shops. Host very helpful with walking itineraries/recommendations and also for nearby restaurants. Clean rooms and communal areas. Quiet at night.

Cons: Very minor point (as cannot think of anything else), water pressure was low in shower,

Great stay — lovely staff and excellent location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient for getting around, and the service throughout was smooth and reliable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a nice variety to start the day. The staff were especially kind and helpful — always welcoming and quick to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a comfortable place with great hospitality. Would happily stay again. A lovely extra touch was the small gift they gave us at check-out, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel genuinely appreciated.

Book this property for a fantastic stay in Rome

Pros: We loved this property. We had the Scottish room which was big enough for the 4 of us. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff were brilliant and more than happy to help us with our plans and suggest things we might want to do, it was in a great location (5min walk to Vatican City and 2mins to the metro.) Breakfast was delicious and a beautiful setting on the rooftop. Would recommend booking to stay here.
