Cute hotel with courteous staff

Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful. We were allocated in a spacious room which had a nice view. It had a brand new beautiful bathroom. Breakfast room was cozy and we enjoyed our breakfast every morning.

Comfortable hotel, great staff and handy for public transport.

Pros: A very nice hotel. The staff were excellent, especially the man who checked me in, he remembered my name and room number all week and was very helpful in general, I wish I had got his name as he was not on shift when I checked out. Facilities in the room were basic but in a city like Rome all you need is somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was ok, nothing cooked though. Hotel was very close to the main railway station, a 15 minute walk away, and there were some good restaurants just round the corner and a decent little bar just a couple of doors away.

Cons: A few more options for breakfast would have been nice but from what I have read breakfast is not a big thing in Italy but I think they need to cater for the number of foreign visitors they get. A bit more variety would have been nice.

Pros: Staff were great and the location is in walkable distance to the train station and all the wonderful attractions of Rome

Cons: Breakfast was pretty ordinary with limited choices served in a cramped space.

Good Hotel with helpful staff.

Pros: Good location, close to restaurants, supermarket, Laundromat & rail station. The room was good size, hot water with pressure in the shower.

Cons: The fridge didn't want to keep anything cold. Breakfast was typical continental, no hot food.

Pros: Very kind, attentive staff. Room linen changed daily. Good selection for breakfast-cereals, juice, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, eggs, bread, croissants, cakes etc. Good sized bedroom with large bed and large modern bathroom. Very good power in shower, toiletries, shower caps provided. Towels changed daily. Air conditioning. Quiet room, quiet area. 15 min walk to Roma Termini and bus to airport. Excellent restaurant outside just 20 steps away from front door and also good restaurants two minutes walk around the corner on a lovely side street. Plenty of comfortable seating areas in hotel.

Cons: Bed mattress was hard and pillows very hard. Air conditioning unit was noisy, we turned it off at night and managed fine. Staff had ensured it was on during the day so that the room was cool when we returned from a day's sightseeing.
