Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming and accomdating throughout our stay. Room was clean, spacious and had toiletries supplied. We only stayed one night & would definitely return.

Very enjoyable and a super location.

Pros: The size of the bedroom and bathroom were great and the location was really good, we didn’t mind walking (it was about an hour to the colosseum at a leisurely pace) but the tram stop is two minutes from the hotel.

Cons: Being picky, but it would have been great if the room had coffee making facilities.

Pros: Nice area in the sense that it’s not very touristic, easy to find local bars and restaurants with reasonable prices. With the near tram station it’s easy to move around. Renovated modern bathroom with stable hot water supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The doors have to be slammed to close, so you can hear everyone coming and going. My room’s window faces a mouldy wall, but the good thing is that I don’t have any neighbours

A lovely hotel

Pros: The hotel is cozy, and the staff members are absolutely lovely - my overall ranking of the hotel is higher because of them. The bathroom is newly renovated and clean, and the design is homely (in a good way). For the price tag, it is a great choice.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is only one socket in the room, which is a big inconvenience in a room for two people who have phones and tablets. There was no kettle or water in the room (but there is good coffee downstairs). Breakfast starts at 7:00, so the lack of coffee in the room for someone who wakes up at 6:00 is an inconvenience. I also wish there were some fresh vegetables at breakfast as a bit more variety. However, for the low price, I believe breakfast was ok. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but it is near the university.

Overall it is still clean and fine for me.

Pros: The room has great decoration, you will feel like you are living in an old medieval villa. And they clean the room every day. The staff were also really nice

Cons: The toilet smells quite bad, and the shower head is very weak. And my room didn’t have a heater. It was raining during my stay, and the nights were quite cold.

Nicely placed

Pros: The location is quite convenient. I could easily walk from Tiburtina station and back, the same can be said about the city centre. Food shops are close at hand too. I had a rather comfortable room with an amazing shower.

Cons: Though everything was pretty nice, my accommodation could have more free space and better placed sockets.
