B&B Rome Vatican Residence

Pros: Wonderful place, еxcellent location close to the Vatican Museums. We had a serious flight delay and we are very grateful that we were able to check in early in the morning. Very friendly host. I totally recommend it.

Amazing value for such a great flat!

Pros: Great stay! The apartment is very close to the Vatican, in a perfect location. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Lots of useful amenities nearby. Highly recommended!

Lovely B&B close to many attractions

Pros: Very good location. Close to the Vatican and other main attractions . Easy walking distance to metro and bus stops and large indoor market. Nice clean bedroom and ensuite facilities which were cleaned during our 5 nite stay. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls, etc, keep in a large kitchen storage cupboard. Various teas, coffees and and cakes supplied. Lovely to be able to come back at night and make a snack before bed. Hostess was very nice, and although we arrived after 9 p.m., she met us outside the main gate just of the main street with keys for the exterior gate, main door, and bedroom door. We definitely would recommend, and we intend staying here again. Very well priced for such a good location. The breakfast of coffee, juice, and pastry was very pleasant, especially being able to sit out in the sun and watch the world go by. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons: Just make sure you have the telephone number and name of your host on your phone and enough phone battery. We had to ring to let host know we had arrived and waited for 15 minutes for her to arrive with keys and instructions as to where our room was, which building etc. There is no on site reception area. You stand outside waiting. Thankfully it wasn't raining. The other issue is that the stairs are quite steep, although a small lift is available. I just don't like old style lifts, but that's just me. The stairs kept me active and hubby carried the cases!!

Great

Pros: The property is spotless and the staff cleans it in between our stay with fresh towels changed. It is walking distance from Vatican City and there are shops and restaurants nearby. It is also accessible on public transport. There is a complimentary italian breakfast which is superb. I highly recommend this place 💯

Everything was great.

Pros: The host and assistance were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it is near to Vantican and metro/bus station. The breakfast was great. Absolutely value for money.

Cons: The mini fridge was not working during my stay but I don’t really use it.

Perfect location, well communicated, perfect support from the owner, comfortable apartment.

Pros: Location, facility, equipment, staff responsiveness all in very good level.

Cons: The only little thing is the windows isolation. I could hear the noise from the street, but for people who sleep well, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Tommaso is a very helpful gentleman and has excellent hospitality.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Tommaso was approachable and attentive. The room and toilet was very clean. The breakfast was a simple Italian breakfast. The property was less than 8 minutes walk from Cipro metro station. It was also close to the Carrefour express.
