Cozy apartment close to Varican with warm hosts.
Pros: It is a very cozy accomodation. Very close to Varican City and to the metro. Bus station is in front of the door. The hosts were very kind and warm. Breakfast was good and coffee was good. I recommend it.

Pros: The staff was so helpful. They informed us about everything and always made sure we had whatever we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The location was ideal.

Pros: The host was eonderful, the location very good, for us who were 4 familie it was perfect, we had an apartament with all the comforts just for us and the breakfast was delicios. If we have the opputunity we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Pros: Everything was exactly like the pictures! Very clean, organized and well decorated. The furniture and facilities are in perfect condition and the staff was easy to talk to. The location is also good and very close to public transports, you can take a bus downstairs basically :) The only if is the bedroom windows outside that it’s not completely blackout but besides that everything else is really good. We definitely would advise you to book this place ✨

Pros: Everything was perfect. We had no problem with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The homemade breakfast was very tasty. The host was a very kind and radiant woman who showed us an amazing restaurant nearby where the food was great. We would come back again.

Top location, very nice room in a beautiful block
Pros: The property is located in a prime location near the Vatican on a main road but very quiet. We choose this property as it was close to the airport / airport shuttle stop - for one night only, unfortunately (could have stay longer). The manager / owner was very kind, punctual and explained everything about the property, and gave us all top recommendations for a day out in Roma. The room is extremely clean, quiet, bed is comfortable - just a shame we couldn't enjoy more as we had to check out at 5AM.. We had a serious problem with the front door as we were given the wrong key. Very lucky that a kind neighbour opened it for us or we would have been hanging there for longer. Luckily, we managed to contact the owner who came straight away to replace the key - did a lot of back and forth, up and down, but sorted it out at the end. Very lucky..
Cons: A shame there wasn't a small fridge in the room to store our drinks or food - the kitchen/coffee room was located on the next floor which isn't ideal for a very early check-out. The absence of a greeting touch has been noticed. We might have booked at last minute - probably lower rate than 'usual' but still over £100.. a miss. At last but not least, as we had to leave very early in the morning, we have requested a \
