Pros: Excellent 3 bed ,2 bath apartment within walking distance of Marconi metro and well connected to Rome city centre - within 20 minutes. Clean facilities, comfy beds, cutlery plates and cookware to cook a home meal or eat a takeaway. Well suited to family or small group if friends Quite and green surroundings give you an experience of an idyllic Italian neughbourhood. Safe and secure. Nearby supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Apartamento super amplo, bem decorado, com muitas amenidades e muito bem localizado. Fomos em uma dupla de amigas para participar de um evento na Universidade TRE Di Roma. É bem pertinho!

Super Wohnung 3min bis zur U-Bahn

Pros: Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber und liegt ca 3 min von der U-Bahn Station Marconi entfernt. Wir durften eine Stunde eher einchecken und auch erst später auschecken, da unser Flug erst um 17 Uhr war, das war wirklich super! Cristina war sehr nett, die Kommunikation war super, sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Betten waren bequem, es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. Zum frühstücken sind wir ins Cafe um die Ecke, war total praktisch. Auch gibt es dort kleine Lebensmittelläden . Absolute Weiterempfehlung🤗🤗,sollte es uns mal wieder nach Rom verschlagen wäre diese Wohnung meine 1. Wahl🥰

Cons: Wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die Balkonmöbel- sehr unbequem. Aber für das was wir bezahlt haben ist das jetzt \

Pros: Appartamento molto grande e ben tenuto. In particolare: un bel soggiorno spazioso; due bagni completi di tutto, disponibili per gli ospiti; una comoda e ampia cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare a casa. Inoltre, essendo l'immobile inserito in un comprensorio residenziale chiuso, si gode di una quiete e di un silenzio invidiabili per una metropoli come Roma.

Cons: Forse, specificatamente per i mesi estivi, un più completo impianto di climatizazione, distribuito anche nelle camere da letto. Per il resto era tutto impeccabile.
